As a suggestion, you could improve your facilities in the bedroom. The cracking of the beds was so annoying. You can’t roll over in the bed without waking up, that loud was the cracking of the beds.

The location is good and the apartment is large and roomy, plus the amazing terrace and one of the best views in Cluj. The host was very nice and accommodating to our requests.

- The place needs a deep clean, the floors were sticky and there was plenty of dust. - overall decor outdated and cheap looking - appliances are not in good shape: the dishwasher was very dirty, we did not dare to use it, the microwave made a weird noise, the hood was not working, and the washing mashine door could barely be opened, because the toilet was blocking it, and the air conditioners need a professional cleaning.

We received a detailed video for the entrance to the garage and apartment, so it was easy. We appreciated the garage for the car near the city road. The apartment had a beautiful large terrace for sitting in the evening with a view of the city. We had a coffee machine and tea at our disposal.

It would be better if there were two double beds and only one sofa bed, but the apartment is designed as a living room, a bedroom and a children's room.

We travelled thru Romania for a week and finally reached Cluj Napoca. We booked this apartment day before the arrival. In the morning we received a standard text from the host both in Romanian and English with general details of the apartment and info that the code for the key lock will be sent out later. We were already close to Cluj Napoca (on the train) at around 14.00 but info was not sent yet and no-one was responding via booking app. We decided to get to the apartment's address and to decide on the spot what to do next. After 15.00(the advised by the host time for check in) we still did not receive instructions on how to access the flat, so we were waiting outside for their response. So we called the host and after some time they sent the instructions. About the apartment itself: there is no bath tub as shown on the photos, no bathrobes as written in the apartment description. The apartment is spacious but does not feel cozy, it looks worn (cracks and spots on sofa material, burns on the carpet, holes in the walls). The most outstanding thing, there is a metal door in the salon with signs on it saying 'not to enter'. Suddenly we heard some people talking there and it was loud. We checked with the host about the door, who is there as it did not feel safe and it was loud. We were advised that those are another 'clients' and we should not be worried. Just for you to know, please be aware of it. Another interesting thing, the fridge in the kitchen (big one) stands on some sort of stand, so you need to be of a good height to put things there, and the door bangs the lamp on the ceiling.

Location is excellent, great to have parking facilities. The view from the balcony is fantastic. All in all really good place to stay in if visiting Cluj.

it’s becoming ran down-needs some renovation and upgrade. also, the apartment on the photos is not the one I was staying in, it’s next door-can be quite misleading.
