the residence was just a few minutes walk to the center, the location felt safe in general. The staff were extremely nice. the breakfast was amazing, it had a good amount of options, from savoury to sweet stuff. It also had prosciutto, mortadella, and cheese; true to its nature. You also have the option to choose between coffee, tea, or juice. La Sorbetteria Castiglione is just less than 5 min walk from the residence and they have really good gelato. There's also a few bus stops around the area that takes you directly to the central train station.

Overall the place really nice. I'm not exactly sure if they offer housekeeping services but only because I didn't order it. The bed could be a little more comfortable and the toilet could be a little bigger, but it's not bad enough to stop you from staying here. The rooms also had a/c so it's not a problem during the summer heat.

Good accommodation not far from the city center, spotlesssly clean and surprisingly quiet, friendly and welcoming staff, tasty breakfast with good coffee and a variety of Italian cakes and snacks.

Bed in the single room is very small.

It was very quiet.I could leave the window open because it overlooked the garden but wasn’t overlooked. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed the breakfasts.

The room was big and comfortable, the location is very quiet and close to the city centre. What I liked most was the breakfast, wide variety of food and excellent coffee.

The location was great - in the center of the city, walking distance from everything. The place is basic, but very clean. It's perfect if you are out of the room all day and only come back to sleep.

The room and bed were super small although clean. The breakfast could use some variety.

The staffs are very friendly. When I asked help regarding the connector for my laptop charger, they find and provide one for me.

Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet and coffee . Close to some nice food and bar. places in that area of Bologna . Easy access to town by foot and some lovely shops. The lovely big park nearby is worth a visit for a walk or picnic.

The rooms felt a bit like university accomodation.

The staff were kind and they even made sure I had vegan options for breakfast. Good location, walking 10 min to the shops. Supermarkets around the corner and easy for public transport

overall I would give it a 7,5. great location very close to the old town and all sightseeing within walking distance. Extremely quiet location and room. Good breakfast and very nice staff. What I didn't like bed was not comfortable at all made all time noise and difficult to sleep and I m actually used to hostels. Otherwise for the location it was good value for money. Loved the balcony of the room and that you could sleep.

The bed wasn't good not confortable at all. Making noise as soon as you move a bit while laying . I m used to sleeping in hotels and hostels but the bed here not at all comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect and up to my expectation. very quiet location and big room with amazing balcony

Top Hotel! Small but so nice, very nice staff! The owner is really great and she makes a good breakfast. The Hotel is very central, best location! Easy to catch it with bus from the Airport. No Taxi needed if you are not too lazy to change the bus 1 time.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable and cool room, all clean and tidy! And it’s a 5-10 min walk from main piazza and museums so really great for exploring and being close to the buzz of the city whilst still a quiet area to rest and sleep. Thanks for a fab stay.
