We liked the size of the apartment, it is spacious. Good window views. Good restaurant convenient for all meals within a few steps of the apartment.Good wifi.
My wife and I are in our 70's. We didn't know that we would have to climb 4 flights of stairs to enter apartment. This should have advertised ahead of time as this was extremely difficult for us. More attention can be given to cleaning higher areas, like high window sills in bathroom and shower and stairway ceilings. Master bedroom window doesn't seal properly and allows rain leak in and damage wall.

Big space for big family. Cold air conditioning. Fridge, washing machine, WiFi working good.
No lift access, stay at 3rd floor so it's not convenient to oldies/veterans. Better add more furniture. 1 of water pipe also not working. The floor abit bhabuk within checkin.

Bigger Room, fully air conditioned, good facilities... But I got 4th floor Room, no lift available... Better to remarks for lower level Room if you require the lower one...

This place on 3rd floor, walking through staircase are good for those active person.Me and my family don't have any problem for that.
Really recommended for buddies staycation.Value for money.

owner can add in a hair dryer because it is essential item for women after bath & hair cleaning
not suitable for elderly or people who have a knee pain because there is no lift..there’s a lot of stairs once u stay at the most top level

It's clean and comfortable. The facilities work well.
Lack of privacy inside the room because the wall is too thin. The lock of bathroom door was broken.

Spacious and its a good stay for big group of ppl. Equiped with kitchen equipment, washing machine, and wifi.
Too high up to climb, even have to rest for a while at level 3 before proceed to our place of stay at level 4. Then, not so many choices of convenient store. Maybe owner can open a grocery shop/ cafe later for feasibility of the guests.
