Hosts wanted to help a lot, but actually they coudn't... It was a magical experience!

Perfect location, amazing friendly host. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Right next the beach and a 24 hour supermarket! I highly recommend it, and the price is great too.

It is located close to the beach

The worst hotel stay. Avoid at all costs. First of all, the room is very “minimalistic” - two camp-cots (already broken! One is slept in folded two times- dangerous!) and a broken nightstand. Bathroom is a nightmare - it is a cage where you can sit on the toilet and shower. It gets all wet and don’t dry. It is impossible to open window in the bathroom as there is no mosquito net, and a lot of mosquitoes outside. There was a mosquito net in the room but there were holes in it, and we had to plug holes with our clothes. There also were a lot of bugs and spiders in the room. Walls were dirty and you can see where bugs were killed and smacked. Overall, it was also so dirty. There were hair and dust on the floor when we moved in. Staff was really annoying and unpleasant. We lost a key, and the lady lectured us for over 5 min about what an idiot we were and how much of the inconvenience it was. I mean not an experience one want to get on their time off. If it is a problem, just set a price tag on a lost key. Overall, everything we asked our hosts was a problem. They helped but first we had to go over how complicated this would be to do. Super annoying. We moved to a different hotel for the same price - it has air conditioning, normal bed and big shower, and could not be happier. If you consider this hotel, please just don’t.

The place is very quiet, surrounded by greens, so even if your room doesn't have sea view, the view is not annoying. The beach is pretty close. There's a kitchen but also there are restaurants nearby with reasonable prices (you can find an open bouffe breakfast for 15 lari only in the hotel right on the beach). As some of the tourists mentioned, it feels a bit overpriced, but the truth is it's really hard to find cheaper options with the same qualities there.

Balconies with sea view are good, but the ones on the other side are very small, so don't expect having breakfast or doing yoga there. The thing with the shower above the toilet and hence the wet floor, as somebody mentioned, is true, as well as lack of space for wet towels and laundry, but probably the owner can help with that.

The location is very close to the sea and the beach. The hosts are very welcoming and kind.

It took us a while to find the place. Simple house close to the beach quite overpriced
