Location and hotel better than expected. So pretty with a beautiful garden setting and hills in the background. Large room and patio . Fabulous indoor pool and sauna - needed at end of March when we visited. Sunny and warm days but cool evenings.

The outside spaces and gardens were beautiful as was the indoor pool. The staff were always helpful and charming. Food excellent. A great place to stay.

Liked it all - but a coffee machine with hot, unsweetened coffee would have been a plus. Better arrangements for entering the gates on arrival would also be a plus.

Staff was incredibly helpfull, they went our of their way to find us a place for wine tasting without notice. The place is a jewell in the valley, like an hacienda very cosy. Incredible wood floor (and wood smell all around). Very nice restaurant in the lush garden, with very nice and welcoming waiter. The room was very cosy too, nice bathroom, huge shower (and very good qualitiy bath product). Very comfy bed.

Keep on like that, don't change anything.

My wife and I were visiting the Casablanca wine region for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Casablanca BCW. The entire staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. They assisted us with taxis and transportation to some of the vineyards, and they were constantly trying to personalize our stay. The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed our dinners there. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely beautiful. There was some construction going on (not actively during our stay), but the gardens, patio's, and outdoor spaces were absolutely wonderful.

The only thing I wish was different was some more clear information regarding transportation to the hotel. We ended up renting a car, which seems like it is the only/best way to get to the hotel.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds where you can relax amongst the vines and flowers. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Our room was large, spotless and very comfortable with good Wi-Fi. We were recommended to visit a vineyard by the hotel and really enjoyed our tour and meal there. The staff arranged taxis for us which were very reliable. The quality of the food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner was high, but sometimes service was erratic. However, the staff listened to our feedback and improved things greatly which we really appreciated.

Booking.com said we would pay a given price in dollars, but we were charged in CLP which worked out more expensive. However, when it was brought to their attention, the Hotel responded quickly and to our satisfaction.

I was very disappointed with the way they did business. At check in they decided to charge us in Chile pesos instead of the foreign currency I was quoted. They said I had to prepay to be able to use US dollars. Every other property we stayed at charged us at the time of check in/ check out and in US dollars so we didn’t have to pay the extra taxes. They assure us we weren’t charged taxes but in their conversion the cost went up 15 percent with all their changing it from one currency to the other. My bank does not charge fees. I tried to resolve with them- they were responsive but unwilling to make it right. I just don’t want someone else to wind up with an extra charge they were not expecting- ours was $127.00 which is a lot to me.

It is a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant is amazing. However, if you have room next to restaurant or reception it can be loud. We couldn't sleep till 1 am as there were groups of people who were very loud at the restaurant. Ask for a room far away from reception and restaurant and you will enjoy it.

Breakfast was personally cooked by the host and served in the dining area with a beautiful view. He reached out to us to ask what we wanted and made the most incredible Chilean traditional scrambled eggs served with bread/ fruits/ yoghurt and jam.

Bedroom could slightly been a bit bigger however this was a really minor issue

Very nice and comfortable hotel in wineries. I loved it. Very nice and comfortable rooms, with beautiful view. Location is so calm and relaxing. We had one of the best breakfast ever. Indoor pool and relaxing zone is nice too. It was one of the best hotels in Chile we have been.

The staff was very helpful but they were not up to the tasks. I asked for recommendation for a private driver but they offered only a local taxi. The driver was knowledgeable, but it was expensive for what they offered. But I didn't have other choices so we accepted, but it was really expensive.

The staff could be better prepared to deal with tourists.
