Easily accessible clean and hospitable staff

The unfortunate part is i had no idea about the kitchen self service, i might have skipped that so i didn't get to enjoy the self made meals. I didn't get enough time to walk around the neighborhood or even look around the property. It just looks pretty great though.

Staff is fun and organizes nice tours. And Bosco the night guard is a real gem!

Wifi worked pretty slow 😭, i don’t have any inconvenience for the rest of things

The location is great - close to the point of Source of Nile also to the main street for shops and other things. You could use the facilities of the kitchen and they had filtered water on the area (in theory at least). You can buy drinks on the spot for a good price.

We didn't get the room we have booked. We had a family room, with a larger capacity (35 square meters) and with private bathroom and we got one that was probably 10 meters and with a shared bathroom. We had repeated couple of times what room we book , as the guy didn't know what booking we have and still gave us a different one. Also he didn't seem particularly helpful or friendly- he did answer all our questions but not more then that. It seemed to us that if you don't buy any of the activities they offer they don't care much about you. (e.g. he told me how much a boda will cost to the centre, he called the boda but he didn't also agree with them on the price, which will be super easy for him to do, but left it for us to negotiate with them). The filtered water on the place was in theory, when we arrived 2 containers were empty, they didn't refill them (even we told them they are empty) and also didn't explain to us how they work and that we can refill them,

Poor wifi and a few problems in the kitchen

The stay itself was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. They were friendly and helped us order taxis more than once.

-The property wasn’t responsive at all through Booking.com -We booked the whole property, and they double booked us with another visitor. It was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up having to give up on one of the three rooms we’ve booked. The staff were not willing to refund/ discount us for this. They requested we pay full price and the only accommodation they were willing to offer is that if we booked an activity through them they would lower the price (which was irrelevant to us).

Very nice staff, we took a Jinja nature bike tour and it was great with great guide.
