Awesome Christmas spent with our 2 sons, their wives and 2 18-21 year old grandsons. The place was great. Living room had sufficient seating for everyone as well as the dining room table which was a must. EVERYBODY was able to sleep in a king size bed by requesting when you make your reservation. The backyard was fenced so our little Poochon was able to be off leash. Above all the kitchen was equipped VERY well. I took roasting pan and large Dutch oven to prepare our Christmas Prime Rib but was not necessary. Really just bring your food. HINT: groceries at Publix and Winn Dixie were quite expensive but if you're qualified, The Commissary on NAS Key West is better than reasonable. Last but not least, the pool was very enjoyable. You can set the water temp to what you desired, but know, it is NOT a hot tub but 96 degrees was more than comfortable for us.

The house was amazing, nice view of marina. Not too busy with boat traffic. Pool and backyard courtyard was private and beautiful. Felt like an oasis. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit too far to walk to Duval due to heat but no problem with golf cart or bike. Parking in town is expensive and hard to find. Ubers are expensive. Living room was spacious and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It would have been nice to have elevator working on move in and move out day for luggage but there is a significant fee to open it so be prepared to carry your luggage up many stairs. Ping pong in basement was fun addition. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles if one goes in garage. Very quiet neighborhood although we didn’t have anyone staying in the surrounding houses. Dock was fun to hang out on and fish from, We saw manatees and nurse sharks from it. I hope to return soon!

It was awesome. Close to everything our family of 10 wanted to do. The house was big enough for our 3 families so that we did not get in each other's space. Staff was awesome to work with: both Doug and Alisa. They helped with bed arrangements and booking our activites and transportation. Alisa directed us to some awesome attractions. Would highly recommend this property to a group of 3 families. When we return to Key West again we will book our stay with Key west Vacation Homes.

This home was perfect for a long girls weekend, with 7 girls! The home was clean, had a great location, and felt fairly secluded even in the midst of town. The master bedroom view was amazing! Sunsets were a joy to watch in the evening. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved this condo for our parents, grandparents(elevator was a huge plus), and our aunt. We were close to the downtown marina where the wedding was going to be on the Argo Navis Catamaran. All of the events we were doing prior to the wedding made this the perfect central location! The home was well furnished and it was just a wonderful experience.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and roomy this condo is! I don’t think the pictures show how nice it truly is. Also, although it is in an “association”, each unit is very private! We would definitely return!

We had a great time, excellent communication, the house was very clean and comfortable. 20 mins walk / 3 mins taxi to Duval St and all the main areas. The pool was small and it'll be great if there could be more lights to use it at night but overall it was great. Thanks again for having us!

We loved our stay at Bayview Resort. The house we clean and well appointed. The pool was great and the heated aspect was fantastic during the chilly January nights. The rooms we large and had plenty of room to set up your luggage and prepare. We were a group of 8 adults, one in each bed. The single beds were a bit small and an upgrade in size would still work in the huge "bunkhouse style" loft. The only thing that we looked for and could not find was a lighter (we could not get the grill to light) and paper/pencil. We could have used that. Working with the management company was great and easy. The helped us with our luggage after check-out and responded to my questions. If you have a 'larger' group in Key West this is a great place to stay. If you want to rent a boat, you are in a great spot and even have your own dock.
Location - we were on the bay side and it is 'off the beaten path'. In Key West, "off the beaten path' is still a 15-20 minute walk to duval and an easy 3 minute golf cart ride to the action.

House had a great layout and was in an excellent location. It could use new carpeting in bedrooms as the existing carper was worn and ripped. All in all it was a fun place. Would rent again.

The property was beautiful and spacious. Everything we needed was provided (towels, beach towels, laundry, dishwasher, etc). The pool was great and the app was nice to use. I did send several emails though through the app a couple of times in the week leading up to our trip requesting info and never heard a response. It wasn't until we got an extension offer that anyone responded to my emails. Other than that, the property photos are very accurate and we had a ton of space. Garage is not tall though, so we had to park outside the entire weekend.
