Muy buena ubicación, detalle en la habitación. Todo correcto. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Nevera y microondas en la habitación. Todo muy aceptable.

La almohada, un poco baja. Tuvimos que esperar unos 15´ hasta la recepción de la llave.

La limpieza y la cercanía al centro.

El ruido exterior. Está justo en una zona de bares de copas, es imposible conciliar el sueño.

Had a microwave and a fridge that didn't work, shower was good and had a comfy bed.

No WiFi, had to go a kilometre down the road to get the key's as there was no one around, and it should be 10 euros a night, staff wasn't friendly, had no clue what to do at the restaurant, but thankfully there was a English guy that could speak Spanish better than I can, and he managed to get through the thick skull of this woman that I had a reservation,, would not recommend this to anyone.

The location is good. It's on a quiet street in the city centre and not too far from the bus and train stations. It's quite affordable for a private room. They gave me a twin room instead of a single room.

I was told that because of a maintenance issue, I had to be moved to another location also managed by the business. I was promised the same facilities and service. This new location was a flat that has been dressed up to cater to short stays. I'm not sure, but the city council might not be too pleased with a flat let out to short-term tourists. It might not be allowed either, depending on the city's legislation. In any case, there was no microwave in my room despite it being promised. The walls were paper thin to the point that I could even hear the text messages coming in from the next room. The mattress was too soft and the bed quite flimsy. There seemed to be no WiFi. The bathroom was shared amongst the four guestrooms. There was leftover food from the previous guest in my refrigerator. I found an ashtray in one of the drawers despite smoking being prohibited.

Wee booked for 2 separate rooms, but got 1.
