The location, accesible to the airport and the contact person (unit owner) was nice and accomodating.

The staff and the property itself, the rules they have. Treating customer without care. Not helpful and policing like crazy.

I really like the amenities. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. There are extra matresses, blankets and complete sets of cooking wares. Very accomodating host and always ready to help. The view is awesome. We loved the wave pool, it's not too crowded.

Not really like but hoping there are extra trash bag and floor map.

The house is cozy. The view is nice. Place is well equipped. Host is responsive.

The main reason we booked the place is for the gym, not for the other facilities, but we were not informed that we can't use it since it's only for long term tenants. There were few ants everywhere, even on the bed. I'm not sure if that's a thing in the Philippines, I've checked-in to other places in the Phil. and I've noticed the same issue. It's sooooo hot in the hallway. You'd sweat as soon as you get out of the unit.

I like the place its accessible to most of what we need 8 mins.walk to SM Bicutan, nearby 7/11 and other shops. Security a bit tight make sure your always carrying ur visitor's pass when going out or even going to the pool but its for everyone's sake so its good👍. My host is lovely and accommodating👍👍and pleasant to talk to. Place is clean and quiet, wifi is good, most of the things we need for adl are available and very cold ac👍👍. My kids enjoyed the pool(wave pool)

I didn't like this particular female staff in the reception she's quite snobbish, not accommodating and not helpful. In my opinion she shouldn't be in the front desk and maybe need some training🤔

The view from the balcony was nice!

My family got their passports taken upon check-in. Why? The pool was closed 2 of the 3 times we went. I payed for 6 family members and only 4 were able to swim. Unacceptable! Why is their a 500 Pesos cleaning fee when we had to clean everyday? Horrible!
