Very little, good location handy for public transport links.

No air conditioning (overnight temperature 20c) the reception was only open from 1700 until 2100 . The bathroom was in need of a refurbishment, it served its purpose but poor decor.

The location is very near to train station. The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean.

It was an excellent location near the train + bus. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day out .The room was nice with a comfortable bed. If In the area I would stay again.

There was no tea / coffee making facilities for an early morning drink.

Hotel is very tired and old. Bathroom fittings are very poor. Hotel was not open for check-in before 5pm.

Room size and interior was very good. Staff were friendly Balcony was big with nice view. If not for shower cubicle size and breakfast menu, I would give 5 rating. Comfortable stay.

Shower cubicle was too narrow and unconfortable. With every turn I was banging the walls. Breakfast menu is too limited.

The room was large.

Bed was loud and needs new mattress. When checking in there was no one available at 6pm at night. So ridiculous. After spending time at thermal down road, we came back to a locked front door. Rang doorbell and called number several times. Thankfully a guest came out and let us and another set of people trying to check in.
