Esta casa es la playa de segunda fila con acceso privado al otro lado de la calle de la playa, pero también es un frente de sonido con un muelle que compartimos con nuestro vecino. La casa tiene 4 dormitorios en el nivel inferior y espacio de vida arriba para disfrutar de vistas de Topsail Sound y las hermosas puestas de sol. Amplias cubiertas en ambos niveles con un elevador de carga (uso a su propio riesgo) a ambas cubiertas si no desea transportar enfriadores, víveres y equipaje por las escaleras. Dos de los cuatro dormitorios tienen camas queen y vanidades (fregadero y espejo) para que no tenga que salir de la habitación para lavarse, cepillarse los dientes, etc ..... El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una litera; El cuarto dormitorio tiene una litera sobre una cama llena. Hay un medio baño arriba en la sala de estar, y 2 baños, uno con bañera / ducha y uno con ducha sólo, en el primer nivel con las habitaciones. La casa tiene 4 TV, 3 enganchados al cable, 1 a la antena, y 2 a Apple TV. Hay una mesa de billar parachoques que funciona como una mesa de cartas o comer mesa para 4 personas. Wifi también. Lavadora / secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, licuadora, horno tostador, tamaño de la universidad refrigerador para las bebidas. El uso de kayaks, bicicletas en su propio riesgo. Sin mascotas. No fumar en el interior.

Everything listed was accurate. This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at topsail and we’ve been coming for 10+ yrs. The neighbors are great along with the privacy that this cottage offers. Private beach access was literally right down the road, very close to cottage. The only problem was ants but the renter kept spray for that. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing little piece of Heaven!
We could not have picked a better house! My family drove down from Maryland and my parents drove up from Atlanta to spend our vacation here. It was wonderful!! The house suited all of our needs and was very comfortable. The short walk to the beach was easy and the outdoor shower was terrific. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck watching the sunset. Walking out to the dock to watch the boats go by was fun! My husband even did a little fishing! This house had everything we needed and was tucked in a quiet setting. We truly had a wonderful vacation! We would love to stay here again!! Thank you so much!

We rented this property at the end of July 2017 as part of a larger family reunion and had a great time. Our party included 7 adults and 1 child; all were accommodated with ease and comfort. The house was clean and everything worked as designed. The small cargo elevator/lift was a bonus as it simplified getting the luggage and food up to their respective floors. The two floors each have large balconies with good views of the sunsets over the sound. We used the dock in the sound as a place to launch the kayaks and do some fishing. The beach access is semiprivate and leads to a quiet and pristine waterfront. The owners are excellent communicators and are eager to ensure you have fun without worry. This property is near quality restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment - keeping your entire family in mind. In all, we had a fantastic time and intend to book at this property again. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Perfect!
We had a WONDERFUL time at the Best of Beach and Sound! The location is amazing! The beach is across the street from the front of the house and the sound is right behind the house. The beach was very secluded which we also loved! The owner was so helpful with anything we needed. It was the perfect location for our family vacation! The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on all the decks. We had all the amenities and comforts of home: internet, cable, Netflix, Apple TV, large kitchen, living room and comfortable beds etc. The house is not far from Surf City which has a Walmart Marketplace and several other stores for anything you would need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a very peaceful and relaxing vacation! We had the BEST vacation and can't wait to come back!
