Beautiful resort with big modern rooms. Cleaning is perfect, great pool aera. Parking aera with carports Staff was very helpful and friendly. The sunsets at Hing Kong beach are amazing, the hotel is next to the beach so in less than 2 minutes you can enjoy beach life. Lot's of good restaurant's close by. Not far from Thong sala and the ferry.

modern, clean, very comfortable, convenient location - not bang in the centre but only a short trip away so ideal for somewhere a little quieter. nice restaurants within walking distance. you can rent a moped for 200 baht from the villa which is really convenient. staff are really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved this place! It is exactly how it looks like in the pictures. So clean and the rooms are massive. It's on the west of the island so you can watch the sunset from your balcony. The owner lady was so nice (so was all the other staff tbh), she helped us with our laundry and transport back to the port - with a small fee. It's in a very relaxing location, surrounded with amazing beaches and loads of cool places to eat/ drink.

But it's away from the city centre (where the port is), so you will need a motorbike.

I stayed at one of the upper pool view villas with balcony. And it couldn' t be easier to give a 10 here and the best rating for all categories. It's one of the most comfortable places I've stayed at. This place is run by a warm-hearted and very welcoming family that will help you with everything you need (taxi service, recommendations, tips and information, ferry tickets and much more.) I loved staying at this place and right in the moment I've entered the villa I regretted it that I only booked 5 nights and stayed 14 days at another place near Zen beach. The very clean villa with daily cleaning service (if wanted) offeres anything you need: spacious kitchen with mixer (I love that), big bathroom with sunken shower area to keep rest of the bathroom dry, big wardrobe to store all your stuff, lounge area with sofa and table, nice outside balcony with modern chairs & table, and a rack. If you need a taxi service ask the friendly owner to have a hassle free transport from and to the ferry.

Loved everything! clean, new and so comfortable, great beds and the linen smelts so good when I payed my head down! Absolutely lovely, helpful staff who always have a smile! Wish I had stayed sooner as it was my last night on the island! I left early and never got to say goodbye so thanks for everything! 💕

The room was great and comfortable, the staff was really nice and help with everything we needed. The kitchen in the room was a big win for us.

The beach across the hotel was pretty loosy.

The room was spacious and the hotel is located in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants located nearby the hotel, but you need a scooter to explore the rest of the island.

The location of the hotel was alright, but not ideal. The scooters the hotel rents out (200 baht per day) are outdated. I constantly worried about the front tire whenever the road became bumpy (possibly an issue with the suspension).

The first room (villa) was ist not worth the price. Outdated furniture and kind of rundown. The other rooms we stayed in been perfectly fine! Great value for money. The pool is super clean the host is helpful. You need a scooter but you can rent some at the pier for cheap money. We loved it here and ended up staying 10 nights instead of 3. Definitely a good place!

The best hotel on the island. Look no further! This is a little gem of a place. We extended our stay as we loved it so much :) Nitchanan Villa is so clean, so comfortable and the owners are the nicest people you will meet. Nitchanan and her husband (the owners) are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived Nitchanan welcomed us with the biggest, friendliest smile and refreshing ice cold water. The gardens are beautiful and so well kept. The pool is spotless with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The rooms upstairs are more like apartments with all you need. A kitchen well equipped, a living room with comfortable sofa and TV, a bedroom with comfy mattress and lovely clean bedding and a nice clean bathroom with a great shower and towels changed daily. During our time there we hired a scooter from Nitchanan and it was a great way to tour the island. Nitchanan also helped us book our ferry to Koh Tao and gave us a lift in her car to the ferry terminal. Their cat and dog are just gorgeous as well. We really enjoyed our time at Nitchanan's Villa's and highly recommend it. A special mention also needs to go to Nitchanan's staff. The young gentleman is so helpful, polite and welcoming. The girls who do the housekeeping always had a lovely smile and a friendly hello or good morning for us. We felt relaxed, comfortable and safe at Nitchanan's Villa. Thank you Nitchanan for the best stay of our trip to Thailand. If we ever travel back to Koh Phangan we will definitely stay with you again. Johnny and Janet Northern Ireland

- Located at a silent area - Nice pool and garden view (especially while it's raining) - Clean and spacious rooms - We haven't used the kitchen but they have blender, toaster, portable electric stove and all other equipments to prepare your own meal. - We were quite happy with our stay in general

Front staff doesn't speak or understand English well. It wasn't very easy to communicate at some point. They provide motorbike rental service, but I don't suggest to use their motorbikes, because they don't seem to be taken care of the bikes properly. I tried three of the bikes that they provided and all of them had their own issues. Clogged bathroom sink should be fixed.
