Bella struttura ma ladri oltre i pagamento tramite Booking hanno preteso altre 100 euro per un presunto parcheggio inesistente per avere mangiato un uovo a colazione 10€ ogni mattina mangiavo solo quello 50€ di lettini per 2 gg .

Lovely area, very close to the beach, restaurants and all things "downstairs" - vs upstairs or up on the hill. Staff is great and very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very convenient and well done.
I was wishing for an elevator on those hot days, so many stairs in the area that I could have done with fewer to get to my room. Would have liked a little more variety for breakfast, something special for each day maybe.

Perfect location, close to the beach as well as the old town, stunning view, the bread and cornetto for breakfast was really fresh. All over friendly Staff.
For me the bed was a little bit hard, but for my wife it was ok. The prices for hotels in this pearl Sperlonga is all over high, but thats the market.

The restaurant is beautiful, the staff is really friendly and the sweets offered are good. Coffee is excellent.
It is quite embarrassing that you are required to pay extra for cheese on your sandwich...

The rooms were modern, minimalistic and comfortable with a welcoming breakfast each morning.
It was quite expensive for a few nights and you had to pay extras to have chairs/umbrella at the beach opposite and a 2 euro supplement for a hot breakfast option.

Location is amazing, right in front of the beach and with direct access to the old town. The staff was very friendly and honest, and the beach is beautiful- you also have a private pass to it if you stay at the hotel!
Slightly pricey for what it is- but if you get a balcony room then it's probably better.
Our room had a nice view but it was very small and just with a french balcony. Not a problem if you stay for one or two nights but maybe hard if it's for longer.

It is near the beaches and old town, and has beautiful facade. Breakfast in the morning is relaxing.
There was nobody from the hotel to try to calm hordes of youngsters crawling and yelling all night under our windows. They use to left the hotel without staff during a night.

The hotel and staff are wonderful! It has the perfect location by the sea with incredible views. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the room to be very well equipped for a short stay. The entire property was immaculately clean. We will definitely stay here again.
The only critique is the noise level at night as it was quite easy to hear other guests talking and moving about in the hallway.

Shower needs some maintenance but to be fair it was the very end of the season when we were there
