They didn't acknowledge the booking we did from BOOKING.COM and doubled the rates. Extremely bad experience.

Location was good else everything is worst..
They not clean room once in stay of 3 days nor they provide complimentary breakfast ( as it mentioned in booking time # including breakfast). Charges for breakfast. Not cooperative staff. Highly unsatisfied and not recommend any one

As because AC &Fan was not working messboy provided all-out coil...he tried to change the room due to unavailability of AC/fan but it was too late (2200hrs ) ..other room was also same just left by someone with full of cigarettes smell so shifted with kids ...It was felt that I was intentionally kept in bad quality room as I was with family and couldn't refuse the deal at last moment.
Room was booked for 2adul+2kids (triple bed) type but adjusted in single bed room (104) staff said no room is vacant.AC and fan both was not working ..room was not even broomed properly.dusting up was done by me for the sake of my kids... what ever deal made with oyo can't be full filled by Sushma accmn as expressed by Manager madam.
