The apartment is very nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room, with AC, little kitchen with refrigerator. Good wi-fi. Good location, quite close to the highlights, with it's own private parking.

The bathroom was located between the 2 rooms, which was quite strange. And the AC was positioned in the bathroom. It was not very easy to get in or out of the parking, but manageable.

It was very well located, perfect size for a short visit. Homely and comfortable.

The smallest issue was that the bed was a bit creaky but this was always going to be the case with a sofa bed which we knew when we booked!

Marzia was the perfect hostess. She met us at the apartment and gave us some great advice about the best places to visit and recommendations for a few amazing restaurants within walking distance. The place itself exceeded our expectations, great size for a family of four and had everything you could think of to make it the ideal home from home. We’ll definitely be back!

Marzia is really a hospitable host - kind, positive, detailed, with a smile, friendly etc. She can make you feel like you are friends and you are really welcomed in her home. The studio we had was very nice and cozy, a big one, clean, quiet, we had everything we needed and even more (like coffee, bottled water, map for Verona, SF lotion and candle for the balcony) and we had our own balcony which was a perfect place for breakfast.

Although the sofa was really nice, I felt a little uncomfortable sleeping on it.

Lovely style, traditional feel to modern interior. Felt very secure. Cafes very close by. Enjoyed walk into the heart of Verona. Enjoyed the ‘young’ feel of the area as in it within the university orbit.

Information pack only in Italian this a tad challenging for a non Italian speaker. WiFi very, very temperamental.

Everything was great. If we came back to Verona we would choose again Casa Marzia

The place is nice and quaint, located in a quiet part of town, but not far away from the centre. Everything was as expected and the apartment was nice and clean. Marzia is a great host!

A really poor light. Always dark in the room all day long. Some of the booking photos are from another apartment and these rooms were anavailable for us.

The apartment is quite spacious with two separate rooms. The dining area and the kitchen are well equipped with everything needed, we cooked a couple of times - it was nice and enjoyable. The sofa in the living room is comfortable and easy to fold / unfold. The area around is on the one hand very quite, on the other close to the center (walking distance, which was also ok for my 5 year old son). There's a number of cozy and non-touristic restaurants around. If you arrive by train you can also get off on Verona Porta Vescovo - the apartment is about 15 min walk from there. Porta Nuova station is a bit far for walking, but there's a number of buses which you can take from there. We travelled at the end of November, so a big recommendation for everyone staying during cold season: do take warm socks with you :-)

Noise levels beside the living room at night was high. Baby was to sleep in living space but parents ended up giving a very comfie bed to baby because that room was away from the noise

Highly recommended! A short walk from the flat to the city centre. An apartment for this excellent price so close to the city centre…well you can’t complain! With a small kitchen…bathroom was fine. But beware: the apartment is in a building where people live! You might hear real people next door!

Clean apartment with a nice kitchen, close to the main center of verona.

The room (the small one) is connected to the neighbor's house with only a thin door in between, and the neighbors were quite loud and woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night.

It felt very luxuries with the two rooms and a bath. spacious and good distance from the old city. Marzia was a sweetheart as well, very good host!

Marzia was very helpful and nice. The check-in and check-out went very smooth. The apartment is in a quiet location just a 15’ walk from the city centre. There is a private parking available. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities necessary (towels, linen, kitchen facilities etc).

There are apartments both in the ground floor and first floor - there is no lift (although Marzia helped us with the luggage). The mattress was comfortable but the bed base was a bit noisy.

Marzia is so kind and the apartment was spotless. Great location!

Marzia was lovely and gave good recommendations for what to do in Verona and where to eat. The apartment was tidy, cozy and clean.

The mattress is a little soft but I guess it's a preference thing :)

Marzia is extremely nice and helpful host. The location is very convenient - at a walking distance from the center and at the same time quiet. The appartment is just as described, thoughtfully arranged and nicelly decorated. The towels and the bed linnen are fresh and clean. The bus stops nearby, but both train stations can be reached also on foot, especially if you are fond of walking. Verona taxi services are also fast, convenient and not expensive.

Great host, clean and beautiful apartment, excellent location.
