Location, ambiance, privacy and cleanliness.

The setting is gorgeous with indigenous plants everywhere. The piazza in front of the house is modern, clean and welcoming. Make sure to ask the host about his personal garden. He will be happy to show it off. You will be astounded by the peppercorn tree, coffee tree, cardamon plants and so much more!
As the location is a drive away from places of interest, you will need a car. But Munnar has many sites of interest that require a car, so this was not unexpected. Make sure to check out the tea gardens and the incredible scenery.

Really beautiful place owners were lovely could not do enought for you , if you love being in the middle of a green pleasant forest with loads of birdsong that most of us will not have heard the variety of before , its really great , just a lovely 15 minute walk to a bus stop and you are off , please use local buses for a real taste of india

I love the homely atmosphere... The host behavior is very convenient and appreciated. The place is too good for family and kids to enjoy the vacation.

Only the rooms were clean and good.
No Service staff was there and You can’t order anything you like. They have just one or two meals only from which you can choose. Not pet friendly as they charge extra for pets. The location is between jungle and you cannot see hills or mountains from there. Just go and stay and eat according to them. He tried his best to host but with minimal resources he can’t do anything. So think twice or thrice before booking.

We really appreciate the courtesy extended by the management especially the owner of the property. Once we booked he start to call us and WhatsApp asking about our requirements prior to visiting the property. He were arranged the BBQ, Nice dinner, Camp Fire and a very good breakfast. Actually our plan was to check-in evening after the site visit, but he asked us to come directly to property and fresh and go for site visit even check-in time was afternoon. We reached at 12 noon, he helped us to order good lunch from the restaurant. we rest 2 hours at the property after we go for site visit.
The attitude and friendly atmosphere were very appreciable. The owner of the property was like a family member. He stand together with us for lighting the campfire and firing the BBQ and all. For the entire family this property is very worth it. it is separate house with four bedrooms. one small pool is there very clean and nicely protected. children even any age they too much like .

Host Mr. Sunil Stays Next to Property. He arranged homemade yummy Food.
Live barbecue nearby pool was really a memory . While young kids in our group played in the pool , we adults were singing karaoke.
The entire area of the Villa, Pool side is covered, so we get full privacy and we feel more freedom to enjoy our Trip.
After play in the pool we had campfire, which was big relief from the chilling cold in the late night.
Breakfast , Idiyappam and Egg Curry was so tasty .
Morning we had walked around the property, there is lot of open area to walk around.
Then we had spent some time in his cardamom farm, and he explained how it is grown and the process of plucking and drying it.
I recommend this individual pool villa property for family and office groups for a short trip to Munnar.
we all enjoyed the trip, nothing to say.

Clean Room and premises .I recommend this property during this Covid season, as there is no staff moving around the property.Its an isolated place.Good ambience,Campfire,Barbeque good vibe...

The Room was perfect for our budgets.Host Mr.Sunil has given an option for campfire, but due to time constraints we didnt try it.

Good ambience. Neat and clean Room, Single Villa & Private area no fear of Covid.
Lot of space for parking. Roads are nicely built we can easily reach to tourist spots. Boating is just one KM only.
Their homemade food is best and cheap.
They have more space to accommodate to large groups.
They are very particular about guests privacy, they allow only one family or group in one building unit.
Its really good policy during this pandemic situation.
Host Mr. Sunil and his family stays nearby and is always available. I came to know that they screen the type of guest before taking booking.
Those who travel with small kids its a good choice, as they prepare food for the kids and give .
Overall the trip was memorable.
Those who prefer hotel type services, this property is not recommended.
Those who like to spend their time in a Private space, inside the greenery, Arabian Nights Munnar is the best choice.
This property is good for family or single groups to enjoy together.

Upon our arrival, done the contactless check-in and immediately allotted the room and it was neatly cleaned and sanitized.
They allowed us to enter the room after collecting ID's and signing the Contract , told to fill up the other forms after fresh up, as we travel long way from Alleppy.T.V, Hot Water,Power Back up etc. was functioning and there was no issue of any of the basic services.Mr. Sunil is available always and responding very fast to our requirements.
The road to the property is nicely built and we can reach easily to best attractions nearby.
The hot air Balloon, just 2 KM from the property is really thrilling and adventurous. We can see the entire place from Top, and it is safe also. The other places we visited nearby is fun Park, Ayurvedic SPA and Kathakali and Kerala's Martial Arts show named Kalarippayattu.
Sunil's family prepared food for us , it was very tasty. They made fish item using live fish from their fish pond .
Those who visit Munnar, i recommend this property for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
The host is a frequent traveler and he knows very well to manage a trip for all the budgets.
There is nothing to say negatives.
You should have a self driven car or hire a bike from Munnar Town which will be convenient
