Excellent location, very friendly staff, beautifully decorated hotel, clean room.
Our room was at the roof (3rd floor) so it had an amazing view from the terrace/balcony.
Tasty breakfast, with choice of how you like your eggs which were freshly cooked once you ordered.
Almost nothing. A few things that would make it a 10+ stay for us would be if it had parking, elevator and window screens/mesh panels.

Beautiful room, very clean and well-equipped (excellent air conditioning). Location was incredible. Steps from the water, shopping and restaurants. Delicious daily breakfast including in the room rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!
No parking lot available, only street parking. A lot of street noise at night.

Great location. Beautiful building, nicely redecorated, with respect to its classic style. Very friendly staff.
The stairs to the second floor were a bit hard to climb on a hot day of July.

the location was wonderful. views of the bay. close to the center and shops and restaurants. room was very comfortable and free bottled water. coffee maker. nice breakfast.
a little noisy. and had to walk up 2 flights of stairs but the staff helped with the luggage.

The location and view . Big and -spaciuos rooms and a nice terrase.Very kind staff.
There is no elevator( its an okd refurbished building) so if you have luggage or any health
condition this is not the best choice.

Gambello Luxury Rooms were simply amazing. This accommodation is located in close proximately to EVERYTHING with a lovely view that is worth standing on the balcony admiring the whole trip. Thank you to everyone at Gambello, which we could return tomorrow. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, clean and comfortable,nice view, easy parking on street around corner. Helpful staff.
We enjoyed Nafplio after the big hike to the top of the citadel and had a swim. There was a concert in one of the main squares close to the hotel which was most enjoyable. Nafplio is one of the most interesting places to visit so far in our 6 week stay in Greece.

The rooms were amazing. Tastefully decorated and with stellar beds. The bathroom was also very nice, despite not having baths (only shower). Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly (a great bonus when travelling with two small children). Everything was perfectly clean also, which is a must for me.
Nothing much on the negative side. An elevator would've been nice, but the style of house would make installing one difficult , I presume. The staff helped us bringing the bags up, so generally had not much issue with it.
The center of Nafplio is absolutely not made for cars, so it was always a distance walking from the parking at the harbour to the hotel, even if it's a beautiful walk. Of course, this is nothing against the hotel, they can't help it, but it's something to keep in mind!

Everything was great! We stayed in room 15 which was the largest room.
There wasn’t anything that you could not like.
All I would say (as an improvement) is that the rooms
are missing hooks to hang wet towels or your coat in the entrance.

Everything was perfect! Room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Would visit again!
