Great villa, nice staff, good location!

Great villa, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Staff are very friendly, everyday cleaning and everyday fresh fruit plus coffee or tea. Easy access to the beach, within walking distance of delicious restaurants. If you’re not into walking, there are many Gojek or Grab transport options available in this area.
There is still quite some construction going on next door, even on weekends. Management handled our complaint very well though. Also compliments for overall communication!

the location was close to the beach and within a 10-15 car ride away from where we wanted to go . the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful !

The villa is very big, clean; with huge bathrooms and a nice pool. The kitchen had all the amenities and when you walk out the door you are right in front of the beach.
The villa is surrounded by new constructions and hotels and doesn’t feel very intimate. It is on the dirtier side of Canggu so walking around isn’t very easy. We were there on a Saturday night and even with all the doors closed and the air conditioning on, you could hear the music from the clubs until 3am which was not ideal.

The villa was spacious and close to the beach. It was in a very quiet area and had a large table and great wifi for work. We were able to rent a motor bike through the agent. Great location for the beach clubs if you like that kind of thing.
It was the first time we have rented a villa outside of a resort and I wasn't a fan of how intrusive it is to have cleaners etc come through at any time. I am used to the very unobtrusive staff at a resort. I'm sorry - that sounds super privileged but hey, I'm on holidays and want a bit of privacy.

the villa design is nice
some property was not really clean, may need more control for the cleaning staff.
for you who like to use big car maybe not suitable unless you want to park not in the villa, quite small but not too far with public parking area

everything! the Villa was beautifully clean and tidy when we got there, fresh orange juice on arrival too! the hosts were super accommodating and we were very much looked after. would definitely recommend for a Villa break that’s still amongst the top bars and restaurants

it was lovely to stay in - well appointed - not too far from everything. Music in the night from clubs was a little annoying but I had ear plugs to sleep.
the second bedroom door jammed to shut - hard to close and had to bang to shut. the basin in the second bathroom closest to the toilet leaks all over the floor, and the air conditioning in the same room was noisy. Based on the price these things should be fixed.

It would be great if there was a temporary fence to section off the pool. Its such a small opening to hire one. Nothing else not to like.

The villa was good and very nicely maintained. The bathrooms are massive and very pretty. The pool area is very lovely and the Canggu beach is 5 minutes walking distance, a surfer's paradise.
The aircon was not working in the hall during the day and there was construction going on nearby so it was a little noisy in the day.

Aircon wasn’t working on the first day and unfortunately construction of a hotel was ongoing during our stay, starting early morning until the night
