Personale molto accogliente, ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili per visitare la città. Abbiamo per necessità usufruito del servizio di lavanderia, rispettato alla perfezione nei tempi e ottima qualità del servizio. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort.

Nonostante la nostra camera fosse al terzo piano si sentivano i rumori dalla strada. La colazione classica di un hotel internazionale.

Excellent location, very close to Sacred Tooth Temple,city center. Welcoming and helpful staff. New hotel , clean and quiet room. Hotel's transportation service to Dambulla Bus Station helped me a lot because finding the correct bus may be very difficult

The hotel has nice bathrooms and good facilities, also the location was very nice. The staff was very friendly and we got a welcome drink.

Our window faced a wall, sounds from the street enter via the bathroom. The bathroom should be cleaner.

Personál ochotný, ale při velmi špatném vybavení hotelu to opravdu stálo za .... Chyběla lednice, trezor, v záclonách díry, špinavé zdi pokoje a koupelna velmi malá a smradlavá. V koupelně ze sprchového koutu vytékala voda. Snídaně nic moc a prostory jídelny a celého hotelu byli velmi zanedbané a neodpovídali inzerovaným fotkám.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Bathroom was nice and bed comfy. Also good wifi signal in the room so I could do a bit of work.

I didn't know this placa before but it will be my place when back to Kandy in July and November, for sure. Very clean, the owner and stuff perfect, good breakfast and near everything in a walking distance. Don't need more!

Excellent service by friendly staff. They fixed a problem with our air conditioner in no time. Breakfast was good, too. Fantastic location if you are exploring Kandy for a day or two.

My 2nd stay at Ceyloni and I will def be going back! Room and bathroom were spotless, shower is exceptional, linen is clean, beds are comfortable, staff are pleasant and friendly etc, you basically get more bang for the buck!!

The personnel was so super helpful and lovely, they always made sure we are having a good time! The bathroom was big and clean. The location is perfect for exploring Kandy as you don’t need to walk up hills and are directly in the city center.

Excellent hotel, clean and great location

The humbleness & excellent customer focus is what drives this place. Really amazed by the service provided. I'm happy to stay with them in the future.

I stayed here now for the 4th or 5th time over the years and this time about a week. The staff were extremely accommodating and catered to all my requests as needed. The breakfast was redundant but you always had the option of requesting something special for breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety and always with a fruit platter, fruit juice fresh pureed and tea or coffee. Everything was neatly laid out on the table. The room was very comfortable with a lovely private balcony, the view wasn't very nice, it just showcased the streets and shops. The rooms were cleaned nicely and sheet changes must be requested or you will have the same sheets throughout. The pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very utile. The shower was excellent with various options. The water was always hot and lovely. Everything worked great. Wonderful towels in the bathroom very large and plush. There was a supply of shampoo, body wash, bar soaps. You must request them to be replenished. Toilet paper can be requested. There is a fridge in the room that is very useful to fill it with things you need. The elevator works wonderful. Nearby is the Sathosa where you can get groceries but no facial tissues or toilet paper, that you can buy in the adjoining paper store. The paper store has so much in it associated with paper. Nearby are innumerable stores from electronics, to groceries, to toys, to household items. The Kandy City Center is about 8-10 blocks away, but very near. It is a great location to walk around. Lovely restaurants nearby are the Global Kitchen, Summer Indian, Italian restaurant is Burger & Panini within a few blocks, there are also less clean restaurants for local fares like dosas, hoppers, and similar items. I really enjoyed staying here and hope to being here again with the lovely staff.

An extra toilet paper roll would be appreciated and two towels instead of one.
