Lovely place to stay

The location was excellent, staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast in dining room was delicious, bed was extremely comfortable, my husband says best hotel pillow he’s ever slept on, public toilets were exceptionally clean.

Sliding door on bathroom didn’t offer privacy if travelling with someone less intimate.

Our stay was quite short - flew from Brisbane on Saturday arriving at the Sage Hotel around 3.30pm/

Arrived at Sage Hotel by taxi from airport around 3.30pm. Attended a family wedding and returned to the Sage around 11pm. After a comfortable night's sleep , we had an enjoyable breakfast and checked out about 9am. Taxi back to airport for flight back to Brisbane.

Nothing. We complimented the staff at checkout for their efforts in making our stay, while short, a very pleasant one nevertheless.

Room good and handy to local offerings

Clean and handy to the location we needed to get to

Bar closed early. Breakfast was so busy we had to wait an extraordinary amount of time so ended up cancelling and going elsewhere

The noise from the trains was very noticeable and went through most of the night.

comfortable but not suitable for our needs

The Bed was comfortable.

it is a long way to carry our luggage from the carport to the 5th floor, then another walk to catch another lift up to the eight floor and up to your room and then next morning do the same back to your car.
