Just I. the middle of all Siena attractions. Few steps to Baptiserium, Duomo and Piazza. Moody, in an old apt house, with intriguing view thru the window at arches above the medieval street. No breakfast turn into opportunity of tasting what was offered in cafes around. Very friendly host. Super clean place.

An excellent choice in an apartment building just blocks from Il Campo (the main piazza) and the Duomo (Cathedral). This Bed and Bath (no breakfast provided but they do have a discount arrangement with a nearby bar for coffee and pastry for breakfast), is in an old apartment building. The room was comfortable (the bed's mattress gets a 10-better than home!), the price was fine (I went on off-season in late November). Claudio, the manager, was a delight; he suggested two restaurants - both were outstanding. A lot of tourists just visit Sienna for a day-trip; if possible, stay for a night to enjoy the dusk light over the city and the passeggiata (the evening walk around town to see and be seen)!

Being right in the 'centro storico' (the historic center) it was a bit noisy in the evening, but settled down by 2200 (10 p.m.).

Great location, close to Piazza del Campo. Really nice building and surrounding. The owner is very pleasant. Check-in ansd check-out really easy.

For the price, we were expecting a bit more on the furniture. Sink / shower etc should be def renovated. In the little common area / kitchen, it'd be appreciated a coffee machine for the morning, quite a simple thing for that price.

The staff was amazing to work with and didn't mind watching our bags for us after checkout. The location was great - right by everything! The room was spacious and the view of the roofs was a delight.

The fan worked well, but that would be something to improve upon.

I was 100% satisfied with my experience. Our hostess was wonderful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Unless you’re looking for luxury accommodations, this is the best place to go.

outstanding accommodation in the heart of Siena, in a beautiful historic building. Deborah was very accommodating with our change in arrival time, and very helpful with parking advice (which can be a problem in a city with 2,000 years of history).

Absolutely fabulous location near all the major sites in Siena. Made you feel like you were part of the town magic. The host was very accommodating. Nice old Italy feel with beamed ceilings. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, our host, Deborah was super kind, our room was comfortable, we felt completely safe. Our view was so beautiful, we were right in the middle of the Siena life.

Location!! Right in the heart of the historic center. Super clean, room was basic as expected , host was very kind and went beyond expectations on caring.

- the room was very dark, to the point of having to turn the light on on a sunny day - I could hear absolutely every sound from the outside with an open window, which you have to have open since no air conditioning - they wouldn’t let me leave the luggage at the hotel on the day of departure. Completely ridiculous since I could do it in every single hotel in Italy except for this place Bottom line: stay away! No idea how this place have got such good reviews. Completely misleading :(
