Very limited drinking water provided. You need to buy water bottles every time you need.
The tea and milk powder sachets provided were too less for two people. Also there was no proper space for tea coffee water kettle.

The property is well maintained and the staff is well behaved.
They only accept payment in cash or UPI, they need to start accepting card payments also.

Staff is not professional and not well trained. Service is very slow and there is zero coordination among staff members. We stayed there only one night but from the orders we placed for food, few items were missed out twice by the staff. Quality of food is very bad. Rooms were not that clean. I would not like to visit this property again.I k

Excellent location, accessible to market and at center place of Dapoli. From the location, Guhaghaar, Dabhol and Anjurle beach are close by of approximate 25 Kilometers from both the side. Food is excellent . Swimming Pool is maintained and large enough for 10-15 people. Hotel staff is helpful and accessible all the time. Cleanliness and Room Size is spacious enough for 2-3 people.
Though booking is completed using booking.com, staff requested details of payment and followed up couple of times during our stay. Payment assurance should be coordinated by Booking.com by holding the first day of the payment, rather having hotel staff following for the same,

Room extra person charges rs1000 is quite high without any facility try to reduce the extra person charges while charging to room

Good place with good location and very clean and tidy. staffs are very co-operative and always on the tip of the toe to ensure we were comfortable. will definitely plan to visit again.
