1. The flat is spacious and has good potential, 2. There is a balcony 3. Host was contactable via wats app (during working hours), he tried to fix hot water 2 times, unfortunately unsuccessfully. 4. Flat looked nicer in reality than on photos 5. Clean

Spent 5 nights there to see Formula 1 race. Negative points - 1. No hot water (boiler is due replacement) 2. No wifi (limited wifi dongle that ran out during our stay) 3. Lighting options are blinding - too bright blue lights like in hospital, not usable 4. The bed is not a double - 2 single mattresses pushed together. 5. Parking is on the street and is tricky to get. 6. Extremely noisy neighbours above and below the property, having parties until 3 am, 7. Noisy neighourhood. 8. No sound proofing, could hear even alarm clock of the neighbour, and can hear every car driving below the flat. 9. 1 hr 30 min walk to Formula 1 track. 10. No toilet flash - need to use the bucket to flash it 11. Toiletries not provided. 12. No washing machine 13. Cash deposit of 100 Euro required (never experienced this before). I would recommend to avoid this flat, because you will be disappointed. First impression is ok, but ot goes down from there

Location (too far from Milan); no kettle; toilet flush is strange; very noisy (seems like you're sleeping with windows open)
