High price

A very nice place. Good value for money, spacious interior, everything was clean and fresh. Nice, friendly and helpful owner. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The owner was very nice and let me use her router with the cable once for an important job interview. She also responded quickly to my WhatsApp messages.

The smell of cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE. When I moved in, it wasn't that bad because they had just cleaned and sprayed something to mask the smell temporarily, but then it progressively got worse and worse. I was sneezing a lot during my stay and often woke up at 2:00am because someone was smoking outside in the hallway near my apartment door. There was a designated smoking room on the bottom floor, but the owner smoked, other tenants smoked. It was a very smelly experience for me as a non-smoker.

The size of the room was great, very spacious for two people. The kitchenette was well-equipped for daily cooking. The host was very nice and accommodating. Great location too, less than 10-minute walk from the train station and two supermarkets. All in all, great value for money.
