OH my word, if you are travelling to Oudtshoorn then this is the place to book. From the Host who was very friendly, accommodating and professional to say the least, their Breakfast was amazing, different options every morning. I loved their pool for the kids. Their place was just too awesome for words, if ever we travel that side again I will definitely book it, we all did not want to leave😬. Linda went to the extra mile of giving us information about the activities in the area☺️
The TV, the kids are used to Netflix and Showmax but they had to watch DSTV but it was not a train smash since there is WIFI they could watch on their phones.

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer an der Route 62. Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen, das Zimmer war geräumig. Wir bliebe einen Tag und genossen am Morgen ein frisches und leckeres Frühstück. Für einen Zwischenstopp an der Route 62 zu empfehlen.
Mit Einbruch der Dunkelheit werden in Oudtshoorn (wie fast überall in Südafrika) die Bürgersteige hochgeklappt. Wir haben uns in der Stadt aber sicher gefühlt. Restaurants sind am Abend schwer zu finden.

It could have done with a bath and a better shower head as well as an electric blanket on the bunk bed too.

It was perfect for the purpose of my visit ie the 361Mountain Bike Challenge.

The family room i stayed in was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable!
My only dislike was the smell of cigarette smoke from the guests outside the room next door.

We liked everything, great value for money. Clean room, good location close to the main road (but still quiet), nice little splash pool and garden.
What in times of growing load shedding times becomes more important: they had an inverter which is really handy. It can become a problem if you arrive at your guest house after a long day and you aren't able to charge your smart phone phone and aren't even able to put on some lights to see what's in your luggage.

What a beautiful place to stay. Our room was so spacious clean and beautifully decorated, aircon tv, and elecricity when loadshedding hit. All the staff was friendly and helpfull.

It was specious and fairly clean with relatively good self catering facilities. The most positive thing is that they have an inverter installed for load shedding periods. Kudos for this.
The family room we have stayed in is more like an annex to the property. it is facing concrete parking lot and feels more like comfortable staff quarters than a guest room. When we arrived, fridge was disconnected and full of water that was dripping all over. TV was not working. We were told that it was due to the load shedding, but it did not work throughout our entire stay. Mattresses are very hard. Bunk bed is an obvious afterthought and the upper bed is hazardous to use by anyone, let alone children. We did not feel safe. The room was isolated at the back of the property, behind the guesthouse, with only one more like this next door. Wall is very low and the parking lot badly lit. No electric fence nor the night guard on duty. breakfast was mediocre.

Linda is so genuine nice and friendly makes it easy to enjoy your stay. She is always smiling even when I was booking she was very patient with me she knows how to work with people.
