The hotel was quiet. Fresh towels every day and nice products in the bathroom.
We paid £600 for 3 nights for a twin room, which even by Dublin standards is expensive. The room itself was tiny; there was barely a foot of space between the beds. The ice machine on the lower ground floor was broken and when we asked for more water for the room we were told that it was ‘only complimentary for the first night’. The television showed only a few of the channels available and there was no way to pair it with an iPhone. The fridge in the room was room temperature and when asked about it, staff said ‘well it’s not really a proper fridge so it doesn’t get cold’.

Pleasant staff
Having to tell the day before at what time we’’ll Have breakfast since we could have had ours an hour earlier but were so tired when we arrived that we chose a late hour .

Very friendly and helpful staff, Not big, but comfortable room. Very good breakfast.
Good location ( 7 min walk to Dublin Spire).
The only thing - the little depth sink and low faucet un the bathroom - a strange trend of many hotels

Didn't eat there. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the place was clean
The water from the shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor. A towel was put there to soak it up. It maybe needs addressing. Room 101

The hotel was extremely clean the staff were exceptional - everything about the hotel was superb
There was nothing to dislike. The area was good with plenty of buses and within walking distance to plenty of visitor attractions

The cost at 199 was a bit steep and then to charge for breakfast on top of that is pretty poor. Either lower price off stay or and the breakfast in

Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful room with kettle set (tea, capsule coffee machine) and all of this for a very decent price. Highly recommend!
I cannot comment on breakfast as we decided to eat out.

Great staff although they never did figure out why the WiFi didn't work in our room. Nice shower but use the suction cup floor mat (stored in closet with iron) as the shower floor is very slippery. Excellent breakfast buffet with several options for cooked portion. Nice location at the top of Upper O'Connell Street - convenient but quiet.
Smallest and most expensive room of our trip but Dublin is pricey. Worse thing was the very tiny space for walking by the foot of the bed to get around.

lovely room, it was a bit on the small side but that’s to be expected for Dublin and I only paid for the small room. The staff, restaurant and the lobby were great and the location was only a short walk to the shops

cute, boutique hotel. Nice modern rooms. Big bonus for me & my hair was the hairdryer in the room had a decent nozzle on! 😆.
it was very warm and couldn’t seem to turn the temp down, and the pillows could have been better. Minor things which didn’t spoil anything drastically

The room was very clean, The staff were so friendly, when we had a problem in our room they suggested to move us to a different room or help immediately even though it was late at night.
The location is very good, just about 5 minutes from the main street, but it was very quiet!
For whoever it matters - the room has a full body mirror
We had a room in the 4th floor and only one of the two elevators gets there and it’s at the end of the aisle.
The room didn’t have space to open the suitcase and the closet didn’t have shelves to put our clothes.
The safe is basically on the floor of the closet which isn’t the most convenient.

Excellent location. Kind and hospitable staff. Comfortable room. Good value for money.
The shower head and its holding system were extremely uncomfortable. You couldn't angle the head or move it so as to rinse yourself once you had placed it in its holder. It's seems like a petty issue, but it really is a nuisance that could be easily fixed.
