Fantastic guest house brilliant staff

Celine is wonderful. She could not have been more helpful, kind and efficient. The room was spotless.

Being an older house, the wall outlets are few and far between, which meant I could not plug in my laptop at the desk. There was a leaky drainpipe that dripped all night outside my window.

Great location, warm and friendly welcome, very clean, comfortable rooms with everything needed for a few days break. Felt homely, safe and staff ( especially Celine) were lovely. Breakfast was delicious, always fresh and perfectly cooked with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend, great value for money.

Nothing all was great

Cozy rooms in a family-run hotel close to Douglas seaside and promenade. Our room was spotlessly clean on our arrival and cleaned daily to the highest standard. The host and all the staff are just lovely and very hospitable, we felt very welcome and well cared for during our whole stay. Traditional breakfast is rich, delicious and prepared from quality ingredients. You can opt for Manx kippers if you want to try something truly local - I loved the option. Altogether a great, enjoyable stay with absolutely nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was excellent, good choice, cooked to order and staff always pleasant, B&B within walking distance of centre of Douglas and choice of restaurants, hotels for places to eat and drink

A little noisy owing to building works close by and could hear other guests arriving/leaving adjoining rooms

Our stay was great,breakfast is just how you want it and nice friendly staff that are human beings and not robots.

A longer stay would of been nice.
