La ubicación es fantástica para ir andando a todos los sitios de interés de Sofía. Viajamos dos adultos, una niña de 13 años y nuestra pastora Belga. Hay varios parkings de pago a los alrededores ( efectivo).
El apartamento es cómodo, camas cómodas, salón amplio independiente, baño reformado con ducha con mampara.
En la habitación secundaria me encontré el tendedero con toda la ropa recién tendida ( toallas, fundas cama ), en esa habitación se respiró humedad las dos noches, muy desagradable, algo que nunca me había pasado.

Amazing location- just next to the National Palace of Culture so you can reach everything within a few minutes walk. The apartment provides more than expected- spacious rooms, great design and even a PlayStation that my boyfriend started crying out of happiness. Just next to the building there is a huge parking (paid) so we could leave our car with no hassle.

Excellent location near to Sofia City Centre and to public transport. Airy, bright and clean apartment with a good selection of shops, restaurants etc. close by.
Some uncertainty about collecting the keys was ultimately resolved.

Beautiful apartments in the heart of the city. Very close to the pedestrian street, where there are many cafes and restaurants. There is paid parking nearby. The owner was very friendly and assisted in all matters. Check-in is convenient, without any problems. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four. Everything is clean and tidy. We are grateful for a wonderful time in Sofia

We had the pleasure of staying in a truly fabulous apartment during my visit to Sofia. Its location was absolutely perfect, offering convenient access to the Metro and other public transportation options. What impressed me the most was how well-maintained and cozy the apartment was. As a family of four, it was the ideal choice for us, far surpassing the experience of staying in a hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we had found a home away from home.
Our host, Manol, deserves special recognition for his exceptional hospitality. He was always just a chat away, ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. Manol went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His helpfulness and courtesy made a significant impact on our experience.
We spent a delightful seven days in this beautiful apartment, and without hesitation, I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Sofia. It truly exceeded our expectations and added a special touch to our visit.

Clean, attractive, spacious, secure. Awesome location near NDK, partially visible from bedroom window.
The property needs to have a clothes dryer, not just drying racks. They take a lot of time and space.

the water debit in the shower was so weak and it was not getting warm enough, I had to wash my hair under the tap in the sink. hope this is fixed for the next guests

This apartment was wonderful. There was lots of room to spread out and places for the whole family to be without being in each other's space. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The washing machine worked well and there were 2 drying racks that got clothes dried quickly.. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. And the apartment was located in a fabulous spot for walking around the downtown and seeing things. There was easy access to the trams and there was relatively inexpensive parking across the street where they watched my car well. If you're in town I would highly recommend the free walking tour,, the red flat, and almost almost any of the restaurants on Vitosha boulevard. There is even a crepe kiosk that was across the street and down the road about half a block that was open at 11:30 at night. There is a lock box on the apartments so that you can get in at a later time at night if you are running behind and the owner of the apartment was easy to work with and honest. The neighbors down stairs below the apartment were pleasant and spoke English will also when we met them in the hallway.

Lots of space, high ceilings, well taken care of. Lots of supplies on hand.
No AC in the rooms so can be a little hot, need a toaster. TV hard to figure out.

Nice location. Close to everything. Very spaceous. Very prompt host. It has everything you need.
Although one can easily find a parking space, it's expensive and extremely hard to pay for it, if you are a foreigner. You have to use the app Sofia plus or change money in Leva and buy talon or hourly parking nearby.

very spacious rooms. newly renovated.very clean. very bright.kitchen was well equipped. the beds were comfortable. very warm. shower spacious; no shower gels so u should bring your own. ikea sofa bed is very comfortable to sleep on! enough bedding .
it smelled of cigarettes when we arrived late at night also the washed towels smelled. next evening again the kitchen side of the flat smelled of cigarette smoke and we just slept on the sofa bed which was also comfortable. ( I think the ventilation is connected with the neighbours kitchen- I informed the host but he never responded on my message) . keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor n no lift as stated on the booking !
