An amazing stay with Ian & Ruth they were extremely gracious hosts. An amazing breakfast waited me in the morning everything was perfect! Stylish cosy rooms. Perfectly clean. Fab location and on site parking. Great value for money. Everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Typical breakfast with some variety, possibility to cook & serve my own food, I can use fridge, freezer, microwave & toster.
Like the size of the bathrooms, views from windows, rooms & beds are fine.
Parking space just in front of the house
Noise from the street, it's easy to find but if your windows are with sea views you can hear the noise from street.

We had a great time Ian was extremely friendly, attentive and polite. We were close to a beach and Ian was kind enough to show us the way, walking and we had some nice conversations.

Location perfectly suited our requirements. Fantastic hosts. Definitely considering Guest House again for next year and the tennis at Eastbourne.

Ian and Ruth are amazing hosts! They are personable, serve a lovely breakfast and go above and beyond normal host duties. We picked the guesthouse based on location to friends but would return based on the level of hospitality ...had the lovely Sapphire Room.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The choices at breakfast were very good and freshly cooked. The location was ideal for us, being a short distance from the beach and shops, with an added bonus of on site parking

Everything was excellent: the hosts Ian and Ruth are friendly and welcoming, very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
I was very comfortable in my room, the best shower I have encountered during my three week stay in England; and the breakfast was just how I like it, I plan to stay at De La Warr the next time I visit Bexhill-on-Sea. Thank you, Ruth and Ian!

Friendly welcome from the owner. Pleasant informal atmosphere. Clean and comfortable room overlooking nice garden. Generous breakfast.
Would have been good to be a bit closer to town and seafront, but we knew that when we booked so not a criticism.

A very nice and friendly place to stay in Bexhill, a 20 minute walk to the front which is good to walk off the breakfast which was very large. The hosts Ian and Ruth were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Great location with only 15 min walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt very relaxed, Ian and Ruth were welcoming and very friendly. For our two daughters it almost felt like visiting relatives. They had real fun playing table tennis and badminton in the garden with them.
On site parking definitely a bonus, would come back again.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were very clean and tidy. There was a great home-like vibe, whilst we still had our own private room and large en-suite. The breakfasts were delicious. We would certainly stay again.

Ian & Ruth beyond their line of duty to welcome us to their guest house .
For example; Ian obliging us with my wife’s favourite tea bags & also giving us a lift in his car to the station due to torrential rain .
Guest house is immensely clean & the hosts are charming & hospitable .
I have been to numerous motels & B& B’s in the past , but this has to be the best so far .
Ian & Ruth maintain a high standard around the place & we aim to return once again in due course .

The location was ideally placed with easy access to the beach and to the town centre and near to the local retail park.
The host was very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
Everything you would need was available at the accommodation and nothing was too much bother.
