A bit noisy as festival on in avignon

The apartment is in a very convenient location. The place was clean and well maintained. The host is very responsive, and the instructions were clear. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

The apartment was magical. The place was spotless and we felt like home immediately. Loved the decor. Bed was super comfy. The location is spot on and really easy to walk to main sites. We had a car and street parking near the apartment was not an issue at all. Communication from Laurent was very clear. I would stay again in a heartbeat

Well located within the remparts, 15 min walk from the Palais de Papes. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Instructions and information provided by the owner were clear and precise and much appreciated.

Easy Check in process

Location was good however still a 10-15 min walk to main attractions and areas for eating

the location is very nice - within the city walls. The living room is spacious. the check-in and checkout process was a breeze.

the pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable. Also, if you’re looking for a place that includes parking, I would recommend another place. There is no parking spot included. Your options are to pay for parking near the property or you can park for free about a mile away.

It was a nice location. The host was very helpful giving a lot of informations before we arrived.

worked well for us - had all of those things that are not available in a hotel room - kitchen, large lounge space, washing machine, iron and board, Smart TV with access to streaming, very fast wifi and I got a Carpark right outside the apartment. Instructions to download the app are on the parking station so you can pay on your phone

just a plumbing issue - the toilet cistern takes an age to fill

On the plus side: - Excellent value for money given it´s basically in the centre of Avignon - Great location for exploring Avignon city centre - about 15 mins by foot to the Papal Palace - AirCon - I´d say an absolute must in Avignon in summer - Pretty complete in terms of equipment/ facilities (big fridge, coffee machine, washing machine) - Very comfy double bed in the bedroom, couch in the living room offers a decent bed for one person (mattress is a bit squishy though, therefore best suited for small/ lightweight people - don´t try using it with two people) To bear in mind: - This is a smallish place, don´t book it for more than 3 people and then complain you didn´t have enough space - Parking is a bit tricky. Parking next to the city wall in front of the house is free between 7pm and 9am - we arrived in the evening and could park directly in front of the house, then left the car there and used paid parking from 9am (max. is 4 hrs though - we simply walked back during the day and paid for another 3 hrs).

On the minus side: - Bathroom is tiny, taking a shower means acrobatics for anyone taller than 1.85m - Could use more towels and tea towels - Comms (in English, via the App) with the owner was very detailed but a bit lengthy, could use some streamlining

The apartment is located ideally within the old city, quiet, but walking distance to all interesting sights we wanted to visit. It was easy to find by car and we found parking space in front of the building. The apartment itself we found tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Altogether we had a good time and happy to return if visiting Avignon again.

Information about free parking is misleading. You can park in the street only, it is not easy to find an available parking place and it is not free. Not enough bedclothes for 4 persons

A modern flat in an old building just inside the city wall. It was very comfortable. Low cost street parking is available but it was necessary to search to find a spot but it was possible to stop outside to drop off our luggage.

A small point, the lights in the entrance are could be improved.
