The pool. It had an amazing view of the sunset. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to swim in it as I was only staying there for a night. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to others. It’s in a beautiful, quiet location with amazing views and amazing friendly staff.

The photos on booking.com are somewhat misleading. There is a pool overlooking the lagoon. It is clean but lukewarm as neither the circulation pump is switched on nor fresh water is added regularly. The entire premise is not well-maintained. The entire first floor is the “hotel”. Downstairs is an empty big hall, unused. The entire floor of the first floor is clad with a dirty carpet, that means also in the rooms there is carpet. For the tropics definitely the wrong choice. The only reason to stay there is the location close to the airport. But I am sure that in and around Negombo there are other and most likely better options than this hotel.

Almost everything. Breakfast was lousy. The staff was hardly to be seen and had to be called for whenever needed.

Very kind and supportive staff (we arrived at 1:30am and were welcomed warm). The pool is a gem just next to the lagoon, so you may admire the wildlife of the lagoon while relaxing in the pool. Splendid and varied breakfast. We would stay there again.

Room and Bathroom were not clean. Two agressive dogs made it difficult for me to leave the property

The staff is very client oriented. They met us at 4AM at the airport and didn’t mind that we chekouted a bit later. Beautiful birds live around the hotel. We also saw a monitor lizard and a chipmunk came to see, how we were having a breakfast. The hotel is located in very beautiful place on the shore of the lagoon, not far from the airport. You can take a kayak and enjoy amazing sceneries. Fresh fruits for breakfast and juice.

There isn’t a trash can in the rooms. Only in bathrooms. Interior and furniture are very simple, they need renovation. The only available main courses for breakfast are three options of eggs. It’s not bad, but may affect your stay, if you don’t eat eggs.

Clean room, meals ok, very nice people

For transit is ok but you don't have options to spend time there, beside the pool. Is a beach around but were big waves and I think is the same all the time

The place is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. Owner of the places and the caretaker personally pays attention to the guests. Great for a alone Seren time or with friends and family. Make sure to order seafood dishes...it was delish
