Location was just what we needed

The photos were misleading and I think probably from many years ago. The property was filthy. There were insects in most of the rooms and on one of the beds there was an old blood stain. Awful.

The kitchen wasn’t very clean, dirty oven, smelly dishwasher & dirty cardboard in the cupboards. The picture advertised said two sofa beds yet there were two single mattresses on each sofa so no where to sit in the living room & a huge garden box filled with clean lining in the living room.

Apartment was dirty and disorganised. It looked nothing like the images and was 100% not worth the rate per night. There was no basic amenities like toilet paper and the host was not available easily nor did they help with any concerns. The kitchen was dirty, I.e. dirty dish towels no dishwasher liquid the kettle was full of limescale so we couldn't make a tea. The bathrooms look like there was black mould on the ceiling.

Located next to Bicester Village ,new built with free on site parking and 2+ 1/2 Bathrooms . also well heated

1. Noisy staircase 2. Lightings on a bedroom were faulty and although host representative came, he couldn’t rectify it . made do w a table lamp 3. the shower head of both bathrooms were leaking resulting in low spray shower

Good location for amenities

House was dirty on all skirting boards, cob webs in kitchen bed side lockers not wiped sticky, kettle full of limescale, heating hard to switch off have been on all night, windows difficult to open or do they even open ?? Hair on the washing machine cupboards, no proper bin liners dish towel and oven gloves were dirty. If you are paying cleaning company please monitor them.

Heating was not working at all in the rooms and cleaning needs a notch up.

The property was dirty. the photographs on booking.com did not represent the reality. Broken furniture in the “living room”, a grubby mattress stored in the “living room”, a large garden storage box in the “living room”. Windows were filthy, the duvet on the bed in the main bedroom didn’t cover the bed. Not all the beds were made. Rusty toaster in the kitchen, a large hole near the floor in the kitchen units. this property cost £230 for one night absolutely disgusting. We left after managing to book a nearby hotel who had a family room available for the night. I have never had to leave a bad review about a property and will put up with the odd fault. This property was awful and should not be priced at £230.
