The air-conditioning was not going down to 20 degrees even though it said it is.

Breakfast was really good and the hotel is in a great little close to southbank

I like the location because it’s just close, we usually go to the Langham but because it’s full booked we really didn’t have a choice but to stay here.

bit disappointing when room isn’t ready when I specifically called prior to travelling because I told them that I have a graduation to attend at 1:30pm. one of the staff I think Asian said come at 12pm so I did, when I reached there no one to help bring luggages up and receptionist told me the room isn’t ready so I have to change and do my make up at a public toilet because room isn’t ready! When we checked in at night one supervisor having her “iced coffee” prior to our check in didn’t even bother hiding it and ignoring us waiting for the guy to check us in. Most disappointing hotel ever. Shouldn’t be working in a hospitality sector. Basic greeting of Hi hello does NOT hurt but if you have staff who’s incompetent and do not care better find another job.

Location was good, rooms clean.

Breakfast was not special. I would not recommend, tasted like straight out of a packet. No fruit for cereal. No Bacon.

The lifts took so long to arrive.

As i am in a wheelchair i require a bit extra space and accessible bathroom/shower. I can always rely on the holiday inn to meet my needs 🙂

The room was spacious and modern, all in a very good, brand new standard

Glasses at breadfast were poorly cleaned, some had lipstick left on them. In the room during my four nights stay, the mugs were not cleaned and the bins were not emptied, this was surprising, as all the rest was great.

Surprised at the beautiful decor, the full size bar and breakfast and parking was included in the price. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pastries were lovely.

The breakfast hot food was poor, so avoided that counter. We came to breakfast at 8.40 and no fresh fruit left, when I asked the lady went into the back and came back to say there was none left.

Breakfast and the room were good,but what really let the show down is this night's stay was sold specifically with the offer of '12 noon checkout' and when I got there, it was firmly"10 am checkout because we are busy". (even thought I showed them the printed offer of 12 noon checkout.)

I was very unhappy with booking.com and the hotel because they would not honour the 12 noon checkout it was specifically advertised with. I had it in writing, but booking.com said 'we are just an intermediary, you have to ask them...' and the hotel said 'oh, booking.com just puts 12 noon checkout, we only offer 10 am checkout'. Excuses, that is deceptive advertising. I will not use either company again as I have no confidence in what they say.

Breakfast had everything i needed and was yummy and fresh. Location was fine and staff were attentive. Location was easy to get to and transport was available with excellent assistance from desk staff. Close to Crown and many restaurants and food outlets. Also reasonably close to a lot of the major entertainment venues. Rooms are not huge but was adequate for our needs and the price and had all essentials.

Looked new, rooms were great & close to most attractions

Limited staff. 1 person to checkin people AND to make beverages was appalling Wanted a drink at the bar, run out of everything including tonic & soda water Breakfast was minimal not even bacon, also expected stuff like mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Scrambled eggs only on offer which were watery and no flavour. Juices put in wrong spot in the buffet Housekeeping was done at 4:30pm!!! This is when most people come back from adventures and are ready to wind down or even have a nap. Who cleans rooms at 4:30pm?!? AND to watch her have your top cover just pulled up and smoothed over, didn’t change any sheets underlay underneath was all crinkled and lumpy because it wasn’t made correctly, changed bin and left. Shower wasn’t cleaned and didn’t even check fridge to see if we needed UHT milk replenished. NO bottled water at all in rooms.

Ease of check in and great location. Room was very nice and bed comfortable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with the updated facilities.

Breakfast did not have much hot food choices In my room, there was drinks splatter marks all over the ceiling.

Perfect location for river cruises and the Eureka Tower and Sky deck. Good breakfast and pleasant and helpful breakfast staff.

Reception staff were often busy and ignored you when you arrived. They didn’t even bother to say, I will be with you in a moment. I found this rude and unwelcoming.

The location was great, minutes away from the glitz and glamour of Southbank. Very clean, luxurious and comfortable

Clean, convenient location and breakfast was nice.

There wasn’t an option for chocolate drinks in the room and breakfast. Milk in the room wasn’t replenished. Cups in the room weren’t cleaned or replaced every day.

Room had all of the facilities that you require. Comfortable bed, large TV, good size bathroom & excellent views.

Not enough Coffee & tea facilities. No wine glasses.

Breakfast was crap, wish we went elsewhere
