Nice rooms and overall architecturally pretty hotel. What stood out most was the service. We were picked up from the airport and welcomed by the owner, Mr. Prim, who was a great help throughout the stay and fun to chat to. He also let us have a room for an hour in the evening after check-out to shower and rest as we were taking the night bus. The rest of the staff were really kind and genuine, loved them. For 20$ we got a TukTuk driver for the day who took us around the temples, waiting for us with water which was also great.

Location: you need a tuc tuc (about 2$ each way) to go to the centre because it’s too hot to walk and it would take about 15/20 minutes. Breakfast: good quality but small offer TV: was not working all the time

Good breakfast, everything home made or freshly made. Dinners were excellent !! nicely and freshly prepared, spicy and crispy !! Bravo. The tour they organized was superb, the guide very knowledgeable and friendly and... very nice (ask for Rod Seth).

ons should warn new guests that the Khmer breakfast takes quite some time... so come early or switch to continental breakfast

The hotel is a cosy residence with only 12 rooms, very friendly and helpful staff! The bedsheets are so comfortable, I should have gotton the brand name!

A bit out of the centre but there is always a tuk tuk outside and it’s only a short ride. Everything can be arranged through the hotel, there advice on visiting Angkor Wat is invaluable. Everything is lovely !

The property was clean and well designed. The pool and rooftop dinning area were perfect places to relax between excursions.

Some areas of construction in neighbouring properties - although this cannot be controlled by accommodation provider.

We were charged 6$ per bicycle at the end of our stay. We had been led to believe they were complimentary. Also, the private vehicle hired for the Angkor tour was charged at 45 instead the originally quoted 30. A disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay. Shame on us for trusting. We paid without objecting.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. There is a nice roof terrace in full sun where you can have drinks or eat in the evening at a good price. I think it's good if you don't really want to use hotel facilities and are busy all day.

The pool area is in the shade and right next to the breakfast and reception. No-one used the pool while we were there and nor did we. The tuk-tuk drivers are very pricey compared to finding your own or using the pass app. We only ever were given hand towels once during the stay, on the last day. I think I was expecting more given the price and previous reviews.

We really enjoyed our stay at Won Residence & Spa. Great staff, always smiling and ready to help, very good advice and help to organise daily trips. Breakfast was really good and we also enjoyed great dinners at the rooftop restaurant. Highly recommended!

what a great find! the location is a little out of the main city, but with free airport transport both ways, complementary juice or coffee all day, scrumptious continental breakfast or asian breakfast included in the room rate you can’t go wrong. only $3 by tuk tuk pub street. The staff are exceptional, the food is delicious and the rooftop restaurant has a fantastic vibe and great food. we loved arriving at night to the led’s in the trees and around the property. I highly recommend this property to others, go experience the hospitality this hotel has to offer.

you get the feel the hotel is down done dodgy lane, but it’s an oasis waiting to be enjoyed

Amazing personnel, really love what they do. Hotel looks nice, with a lot of plants, paintings, decor elements.

It might be more clean (pillows, towels, etc.). About location - if you would like to spend some time in city center, you need to use tuk-tuk.

Amazing stay. It was like a sanctuary from the madness. Cambodia can be confusing and they really guided and cared for us.

There is simply nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone treated us like kings and queens from day one. Definately the best place we have stayed in Cambodia. Food is excellent, better than all other restaurants we tried in town (stayed 6 nights), breakfast with homemade pineapple jam, croissants, fresh juice, bread, eggs and fruit, also try the currys and ask for extra chilie if you like it, it makes them outstanding. The place is calm, beautiful, has a great athmosphere and is quiet (walls seem thicker than in other hotels, beds are better and it is completely clean). The pool is nice and clean too. It is a little walk from the center, so you can walk or take a tuk tuk from the hotel for very reasonable prices. They also help with transport to the temple area, the tuk tuk driver waits for you all day with cold water in the car. Hope to be back one day !

The location is a little removed from the hubbub of the city center and that is nice! The staff and especially the owner Prim was amazing. He went out of his way to help with everything, he even lent me his bike so I could ride around town!

A few things didn't work in my room, like my phone and the safe lock.

The staff were so friendly, they also arranged a few tours for us which was really helpful! The room was spacious, bed really comfy and shower was always hot. Would 100% recommend this hotel when staying in Siem Reap.

Great family run boutique hotel with all the amenities you could wish for, great breakfast, onsite restaurant serving lunch and dinner, comfy beds and quiet location close to the town (about 5-min tuk tuk ride or 10-15-min walk). The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time possible with them! Prim is very knowledgeable about sights worth seeing in and around Siem Reap so ask him for recommendations or better yet, book a tour with him!

Very clean, friendly and cozy. Feel absolutely relaxed and happy after staying in this place. Personnel is just amazing. Managers, drivers, kitchen and housekeeping - can not imagine better. Everyone is very helpful and nice. I’m glad I chose this place for my holiday.

Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The hotel is located quietly and yet centrally. The rooms are very welcoming and have an idyllic balcony. The breakfast is fresh and has good bakery products and coffee. I can highly recommend to get information at the reception or chat with the staff as the staff is fantastic and gives you many insights.

Sanitary facilities at the pool were not clean

Prim the Hotel manager and his team supported us in all issues, oragnizing a experienced tour guide to Wat Ankor, guidance to wonderful restaurants and providing other service. The family room was huge size incl. 4 beds, The location is very calm and not far away from the city centre.

Just minor things really. hotel’s tuk tuk driver was late in picking me up but I found way nicer Tuktuk rides elsewhere. there’s a 10% vat charge for food ordered at the restaurant. I found out at check out.
