We were sent instructions prior to arrival. Very efficient service. The place is clean and very spacious. We’ll definitely come back.

They double booked, conformed our booking, send an email with a code to get in. And we could not get in. The contact person was off shore and advised they had booked it 12 months ago for this weekend. Yet the date was still open on Booking.com, very very disappointed, very very bad way to run a business. 8 of us looking for last minute accommodation as our original was not accessible by 2 wheel drive.

Fantastic location to the beach, quiet street. Plentty of sleeping space for large groups and a good sized yard for pets. Outdoor deck and tables plus large BBQ were great, as was the outdoor shower. Good amount of kitchen equipment, dishwasher, and 2 fridges was good. Worth paying the extra fee for linen in our experience.

The house is great for big groups who want a beach vacation, it has all the basics you need but its obviously not a 5 star hotel. The bathrooms (2 in total) and some of the bedrooms are very small, and some of the beds were a bit old and hard. Had facilities for washing but strangely could not find a washing basket (may have been one somewhere though :)). Only enough cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, etc for a couple of days which is fine just remember to bring some extra. The deck doors open fully but are a bit difficult to open and close.
