Staff Bahia was very good in following up and replying to all our queries.
Wifi was switched off every day in afternoon from 1 to 5pm.
Road was not stable and not clear to reach hotel.

Lovely breakfast on the terrace, easy to order food to the house which arrived quickly
Shower was hit and miss with variable water pressure it seemed. but on the whole was a very good place to stay

Staff were excellent and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. They made themselves available day and night and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time :)
We also enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast.
The plumbing system in the properties require investment.

I will say that the one positive was that the staff were very friendly
Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. Day one we had no hot water, and then toward the end of the stay we had no water at all because the tank was empty. When we asked if it would be fixed, we were met with a shrug of the shoulders - to which we then insisted it was refilled. It was then fixed. However we traveled as a famoly of 5 (3 kids aged 6, 4 and 2) plus grandparents - so we needed running water.
Safety was an issue because none of the slidig doors locked! So I was not happy about this at all - I didn't feel safe with three young kids sleeping downstairs.
Most of the appliances didn't work either.

Our stay was amazing here. The place is absolutely beautiful. It's like your own luxurious home. The food ia great even for Vegetarians. Adnan and Murad were our main person who helped us in everything. They were very kind and got everything we wanted. I would want to come here again and next time i would want Jacuzzi to start here.

Stunning views in a quiet location set slightly away from the busy town, yet enough amenities around in local area for a young family.
The villa we stayed in had four bedrooms and a huge pool. Completely private and set on a hillside amongst panoramic views of the mountains and sea.
Food was of a great standard and a la carte, with a rich variety each evening offered for dinner.
The staff are all attentive and ready to help in any way possible. It felt as though they were hosting us in their own home.
GulNar was absolutely fabulous and a charming young lady who did her best all the time to accommodate our requests and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We couldn't of asked for a better setting for a family holiday away, would definitely love to return again
Would be nice to see more variety of food options for breakfast. Although having our own kitchen meant we could buy fresh local produce and make things ourselves.
