The location of the Hotel was central .
Old place but being maintained better.
Reception Staff were very communicative and were helpful
The floor was full of cigarette smoke.
Could see cobwebs in the corridor .
The Linen is worn out . Food was average (We had dinner and breakfast)
The restaurant serving staff were found to be hesitant to serve , the kind of expression on their faces was repulsive . However, the order takers were good .

Service staff politeness but rest room 209 cockroach were there and tap was leeking in mild way like drops can make ready

Clean room and bathroom. Room service was excellent. The food could have been better overall. Had a more than satisfying experience though.

Aarvee is right in front of the gandhipuram bus stand however, it doesn't feel congested inside the hotel. The rooms are very well done and good for over might stay.

Staff service
Their usual check out is 24 hrs but I was asked to check out by 1 pm as I booked through booking.com. I lost 6 hours of stay due to this.

bad service reciption staff he stays 15 years he does not know how to behave with Coustmer , very rude and rough behaviour, they way he behaved spoiled my day
