Great location only a short walk to the main shops and amenities in Seahouses. Very easy check in as the key was just left in the door for us and Suzanne left us to our own devices but was available if we needed anything. Fridge in the room is really handy. Private space and nice facilities.

The location was great! The room was very comfortable. The walk to the harbor was only 5-7 minutes, and stores and a nice pub were also within walking distance. You can't go wrong staying here.

The only minor drawback was I had thought about getting some takeout on one of the nights, but that was not allowed at this location.

We've stayed here several times - it's comfortable, roomy, easy parking, has a small fridge, convenient for restaurants, harbour & beaches, Suzanne is lovely & welcoming

Outside of the property lovely and tidy and smart. Easy instructions for checking in. Very comfortable bed I had 2 really good sleeps! Decor nice and fresh Milk and bottled water in the fridge. Biscuits for a cuppa Bathroom and shower very nice!

Wasn't keen on all the vans and vehicles outside my window room 1 but if you had a different room you wouldn't have that

Stayed in room 3. It’s a self contained roomed with en suite bathroom. Lovely and warm. Bathroom features a great shower. Towels provided and also a hairdryer (which I don’t think is listen in the details). Tea and coffee provided, and cute little bottle of milk in the fridge. Literally 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant and shops. Couple of minutes further to the beach. Free parking available

Room modern, spotless. Small fridge really handy. Bathroom again spotless and perfect. Location perfect for pubs, restaurants etc. Great breakfast butties from butchers just up and across. Will be using again when visiting area, as perfect central base. Definite 10/10 on all counts. Check in seamless with quick text from Suzanne.

Tiny tiny critique for excellence..... the fridge is slightly too small to stand wine/beer bottles up straight in. Tip was to decant wine into water bottles provided in the door then beer bottles laid in fridge.
