The staff was very helpful and nice and location was good.
Some coins and sun protection cram disappeared from my room.

Lovely warm Staff, the people taking care of everything.. a beautiful historic building, super centrally located. Good price. Able to take coffee or tea whenever wanted..

It’s a beautiful building with a lot of history. it’s recognized by UNESCO as cultural heritage of humanity. when you are there you feel like in a historic movie about colonial times.
it is in a very busy tourist area. traffic was heavy.

Wasn't made aware of breakfast if any.
I must add I was not looking for breakfast at the hotel.
A few things turned me off.
Cold shower, cramped toilet area, hard cold floor getting into bed,

The only and very best is the amazing staff, for that reason still worth a visit. Deep respect for the way the went the extra mile under difficult circumstances. Without these wonderful people this hotel was not operating at all!
I won't even start, must have been a nice hotel, but in another millennium..sad

The hotel is right in the center of Old town, close to everything
However, the location is on one of the busiest streets, hence really a lot of noise interfering with good rest..
Beds are not comfortable :(

Good property at excellent location.
Happy about the stay, as everything was closeby.
Carlos was super helpful. He made the stay all the more worthwhile.
He took me sightseeing, and also made arrangement for me to travel to Cotopaxi / Quilotoa.
I would definitely recommend the hotel, all the more so for Carlos. He ensures that the stay is smooth and comfortable.
Food options could be better.
