Perfect location. 10 minute walk to Windsor Castle.
Sofa bed in lounge. Needs upgrading.

Lovely large apartment. Safe and secure. Excellent location to shops, restaurants and Windsor Castle. Clean and tidy.
Property rather hot and some windows didn’t open to let air in. Our apartment was ground floor so the windows that did open couldn’t be left open during the night or when we went out. Also unfortunately only seemed to be enough hot water for 3 morning showers so our 4th person had a cold one! Not necessary a comfortable place to stay in for an day/evening but a great base for sightseeing adventures.

Could not open windows and was exceptionally warm. Small fans provided which was great but not sufficient for size of the rooms

Great location for Windsor and travel into London. Spacious apartment. Host left clear instructions.
Parking space was very tight with someone using the guest parking space. Bed mattresses were very soft to lie on, I appreciate this may be a personal preference.

Location was great, plenty of room in the apartment for all 4 adults. Perfect place to stay
We ran out of hot water quite quickly in the apartment. There was never enough for 4 showers!

Extremely well furnished for comfort. Very spacious. There was absolutely nothing lacking. The art work was delightful. Towel warmers and jacuzzi tub were much appreciated!
It was a bit of a walk with luggage, but because we did overpack for colder weather.

Unfortunately the second bedroom was to small as was the bed window Outlook was poor and noise from drains from apartments above the jet bath was not working and and bathroom roof fans

The apartment was spotless the beds were very comfortable , the owner Jeremy was available if you needed any advice, it’s only a 10 mins to the castle , I would definitely recommend this property

Very easy, clear instructions, excellent location and spacious flat.
The flat was great but the upstairs neighbours were really noisy and this from 6am on a sunday morning😬

Location, about 20 mins walk to castle.
Private parking.
Owner arranged to fix some of the problems.
2nd bedroom was small, dark and oppressive, with wall of neighbouring building next to window. Broken sash window lock and blind. Thick dust on some frames.
Showerheads coated in scale - one was rusty.
Bathroom tiles needed thorough clean.
Certainly not "5* de-luxe apartment", as advertised

Having a private parking space was very convenient.
The flat was really not meeting standards of cleanliness. The floor under the bar stools had sticky stains. Kettle full of limescale. Sheets and beds did not feel clean. Window in small bedroom is nailed shut so no possibility to air the room.

Great location, just a short walk to the castle and high street. Very convenient for Legoland.
The apartment was a great size for a family with 2 young children.

Excellent location when visiting Windsor Castle. Very spacious apartment with everything you need, nothing was missing. Clean.
Only thing was the hot water for us as only 1 person could have a bath but not a major flaw at all. The boiler did heat up the water after a little while for another person to have a shower.
