It is a very clean studio on a beautiful street in the heart of Athens. Very easy to get around in the city. We loved it. The host and the staff are very polite, always willing to help you. Easy to find and accessible to enter.

Great location right above one of the main bar/restaurant streets. Though note that this does also mean loud street noise in the evening. We loved it.

Bathroom was very small and shower was very narrow for a proper bath. Property is also above local restaurants which are quite noisy and play loud music past midnight. Second bedroom did not have an AC unit and felt quite stuffy.

Urban Stay apartments was excellent - very clean, well laid out and very close to everything. Will book again.

A few more ammenities like some other cooking utensils, more garbage bags (with instructions) and things like salt/pepper would have been appreciated.

The description said it was a one-bedroom apartment which had me think there was a separate bedroom. We were traveling with friends which was uncomfortable not having the extra privacy of a bedroom. We couldn't have chosen a different property that actually had a separate bedroom. The cots were small. The street sound was extremely loud. Otherwise, the location was convenient to the city center.

It is very clean and in the centre of the town. The host is very kind and he was there for everything we needed. definitelly I will reccomend to everyone!

The location is perfect. In the heart of the Psyri district. The facility was new and well equipped. The host was very cooperative and kind.

It was a little cold inside because the central heating was not functioning. There were only 2 air conditioners for 3 rooms, hence far from enough for the whole place.

Takis was very helpful and responded very quickly to all my questions. There was a luggage room that was very convenient

The size of the apartment was very good - it met the expectation of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The apartment is next to a Cuban bar that played music most nights very loudly until 3 or 4am, preventing the persons in the 2nd bedroom from sleeping. Also, the apartment was not stocked with sufficient toilet paper or paper towels.

Very good accommodation, but the street is noisy at night, lot of ambient in the street. The accommodation is beautiful and the area, close of all places to visit and in a neighbourhood very nice

This apartment was great, clean and comfortable! I especially loved the balcony which overlooks a charming street right in the center! Walking distance to everywhere, metro 3 minutes away. Host was kind and communicative (via booking chat) and made sure all was good. I asked for more towels and we had them first thing the next morning. The apartment had extra sheets and pillows, a small refrigerator, oven and stovetop, and plates/cups/utensils. I would absolutely recommend to a group or a family.

The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a noisy street with bars and restaurants right below. it’s actually quite fun and the vibe is awesome, but the music is loud so sleeping well is possible only after 2am…

The hotel is one of the most central areas of Athens for sightseeing, shopping, nightlife, and food. The communication with the owner was very quick and they answered all my questions. There is an elevator in the property (very useful when one has suitcases), and the room was spacious, with a kitchenette, its own balcony, and very clean.
