The staff is good and quickly rectify any issues. The place has been converted from a Haveli and is very functional. The breakfast is adequate and the stay is good value for money
Though the location of the property is in the heart of the walled city, the approach is not the best. Open drains, cows and garbage piled up is not a pleasant sight.

Breakfast was ok.
Room was ok - lights didn’t all work. And the A/C kept flickering on and off.
Whilst I wouldn’t say it was in a slim, it was down some side street that didn’t look the nicest.
The location was brilliant though and they helped us sort out a taxi from the hotel.
It was ok.

Mr Abhishek is a friendly guy who interacts with his guests. His staff is proactive and helpful. Breakfast is homely and property is clean.
It's located centrally but hidden in the alleys. For a few it might be a problem.

The location is fantastic! The owner (Mr. Abhishek Joshi knows how to make you feel at home. The housekeeping is always ready to serve you. If you really wanna have an experience of local or real jaipur then this location to stay is absolutely perfect.
Thank you for this amazing experience. 👏

The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was great, with variety of salt or sweet dishes.
we booked a family room given that we wanted to be comfortable. However, it was a terrible experience: the shower was broken so the first day we had to have a shower kneeling under a short little tap and when we asked to have the main tap fixed, they couldn't, and they completely broke it, so the second day we didn't have water and we cannot have any shower. Also, the tank above the toilet was dropping, so when you used the toilet you got wet. And finally, while I was washing my the hands, brown water started to drop from the tap.
The mattress was old and hard.

Excellent staff, location, and accommodations overall. Clean, hot water available, spacious. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety each day. Helpful with touring around the city, with great drivers available to accommodate us on their tuktuks.

I stayed at Pink Elephant for 3 nights, and I was absolutely happy to be there. The owner and the staff are very very attentive and always there to help you. The hostel was really clean, quiet and cozy, and it has a beautiful interior which makes me feel good 👍
The breakfast was super good as well! They make sandwiches, Nutella toast or traditional food for you.
I felt a very warm welcome every day, and I will come back someday :)
It's true that it's located in a little sketchy alley, and it doesn't have an overhead shower, but it didn't really bother me. I prefer to have a bucket with hot water to an overhead shower with cold water.
I was taking a shower, and the light went down all of a sudden. The staff immediately helped me, but I was scared a little bit in the darkness. It's quite common in India I guess, so make sure to bring a flashlight when you take a shower.

We were welcomed by the super friendly, hospitable and helpful owner and his staff. The old but well maintained Haveli is located in the (Pink) city center. The City Palace, Hawa Mahal, bazaars, etc. are all within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and clean with a vintage touch. The roof terraces are amazing. On New Year’s Eve they provided nice fire bowls. The buffet style breakfast was delicious: all homemade dishes, fresh fruit.
The location is central but the entrance alleys are not accessible by car (only by tuktuk or on foot) and a bit grubby.
The beds were very firm (hard) to western standards.

Peaceful environment. Good staff. Good manager. Breakfast was good
Switches weren't working properly. So I had a tough time switching on the geyser and lights. The mirror wasn't there in the room. So I had to go to the washroom to get ready.

I was pleasantly surprised by the place. Spacious rooms and several terraces from which to admire the roofs of the city. In the afternoon hundreds of children play with kites on the rooftops and as the sunset lights come in, you can see countless of them flying above you. The very helpful host will be able to help you at any time. Truly a beautiful place. Highly recommended

The owner was friendly.
Please do not buy the pictures uploaded here. The stay was not comfortable at all. They don't have ac installed in bunk beds. Further, the bunk bed is in the small room, leaving no space for anything.

I've just been to the pink elephant for the second time for a lot of good reasons.
Abhishek, his beautiful family and the guys are just handsome people and taking care of your necessities and wishes (they manage sim card, pickups, drop off service, order food for you etc... simply take care of you).
Even the dorm rooms you share rooms by only two people and you will get comfortable beds and a desk. The rooftop is just huge and nice, you have a nice view, can enjoy sunset and look children play with their kites all over the place (try it yourself).
You get a fresh nice breakfast which varies every day and is mix of traditional indian and western breakfast (if you won't be happy, it's on you). You can join for dinner and if there is no dinner you can order food and eat it here (they will kindly help you).
For me this place wasn't just a stay, it really felt like home during my stays in the busy city of jaipur and if I come back of course i will go home:).

the hotel is magnificent, above all expectations. beautiful room (and warm: necessary feature at this time of year in this area), hot water available, tea/coffee machine in the room, very good homemade breakfast, very kind staff. The room was also provided with a huge terrace.. really it is incredible that the hotel is that cheap. Thank you
