Excellent, well-organized, and modern accommodation. Very well located, close to Porta al Serraglio train station, the historic center of Prato, restaurants, grocery stores, and a variety of shops. I recommend it and if I go back to Prato, I'll stay there again!

it’s in the heart of the city ..Sparkling clean bathroom ..Very quiet ..Relaxing ..Easy to find ..Friendly and helpful host …Many shops and restaurants around ..supermarket 200 meters ..Would be glad to come back again … perfect weekend ..and chillax ..

So far nothing wrong with it

Very easy, great communication. Was met at the apartment and given additional time to check out. The place was clean with everything you could need. Felt secure.

The bed is very hard - though some might like that. There also didn't seem to be anyway to turn down the heating. Other than that - it is a great place to stay

Host and location were excellent. Near train station and footsteps from many shops, restaurants and market.

Some things around the apartment were malfunctioning. No pressure on shower and bedframe was noisy.
