Liked the size of the pool and villa, ease of entry. Very quiet area.

Villa could do with a few touches perhaps lamps in the living room, cushions etc. The couches and bed were a little uncomfortable.

Los productos de limpieza con los que cuenta la villa son nulos. Ni media botella de lavaplatos tipo fairy y tres pastillas del lavavajillas. No había ni fregasuelos ni limpiacristales y habían dos paños únicamente. La vitrocerámica fue una odisea. Literalmente tardé en hacer unos macarrones una hora porque el calor que tenía la vitro al máximo no conseguía hacer hervir el agua. Las toallas otro gran problema. En una semana que estuvimos no vinieron a cambiarlas ni un día.

Heated pool good. Villa was clean and cleaner who came halfway through our holiday was very friendly and very thorough. It was great to have separate washing machine and clothes drying area. Also pool towels were provided as well as bathroom towels. Couple of shops nearby (a bit more expensive than main ones in centre) but convenient for few last minute items best one attached to HL Paradise Island hotel (left out of gate top of rd turn right its on left hand side 5 min walk). A nice walk to front approx 20-30 min taxi back 3-4 euro. Aqua-lava water park approx 5-10 min walk. Despite what we didn't like we would book again.

BBQ set on gravel at side of property out of view from pool and seating area, there are no lights to this area so unable to see if food cooked also nowhere to put food when cooked it is a very poor BBQ set up (despite BBQ itself being decent) at very least needs lighting and area around BBQ to be paved also no BBQ utensils at all. Cheap plastic kettle leaked everywhere when pouring. No TV instructions unable to get any UK channels. Pool cover would keep pool cleaner as after one very windy night it got very dirty with grave and dust from around pool area, and we had to wait 2 days for it to be cleaned properly so unable to use. The only mirrors were ones in bathroom on wall above sink. Bedrooms need a full length mirrors. Booking.com listed this with free airport taxi to be paid for by booking.com this was not honoured by booking.com Sofas need attention as zip on arms on sofa's kept falling off due to zips being broke.

Very spacious and comfortable villa, Heated pool was lovely.

A bit too far away from the town centre.

Lots of space. Everything spotlessly clean. Nice heated pool. Not too far away from Playa Blanca harbour front. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a great job.

Plenty of room in the Villa (we had 16 between 2 four bedroom villas). It comes well equipped, if you wanted to stay in and cook you have all the utensils and oven, grill, toaster etc. Heated pool was great for January. It is a gated complex which meant it was quiet and peaceful and most importantly safe and secure. Also had free WiFi .

There must have been too much chlorine in pool as we all ended up with rashes (more so the children). It is a bit far out from bars and restaurants . The walk down is ok (about 25/30 mins) but once a day with children is enough! We got taxis back up for €3.50.

Everything! Location away from the resort's so private and loved the pool! Great communication too

Very spacious. Nice pool. Supplied towels , soap , pool was cleaned several times . Maids cleaned twice in a week.

Maintenance/maids storeroom was on the side of villa.
