Nothing to dislike about the property. A very comfortable stay

Loved the location, and the house was wonderful, with everything we needed for our time there.

I wish I'd read the description a little more closely -- I didn't realise that vehicle access closer to the apartment would be so tricky. It was no hassle in the end, though.

Location perfect providing you're fit enough to climb up and down from the car park! But if you're going to Polruan you'll already know that the village's steep location is one of its attractions. Also Polruan is more natural and less touristy than Fowey which can easily be reached by the passenger ferry. The 'Hall Walk' is amazing!

Hard to think of anything really! Eating out in Fowey in the evening might be tricky if you miss the last ferry (which in April is quite early). Getting the key instructions might have been a challenge had not the owner been kind enough to contact me direct.

The location was excellent. Cottage comfortable and we'll equipped. Excellent value for money. Instructions very simple and owner was very pleasant.

We had a great holiday, the apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed including view of the harbour and beyond. Anne Marie was on hand and was able to sort out the problem we had with the tv straight away.

Having to come home!
