Nice peaceful neighborhood. Picturesque. House felt very private.
Very quick drive into Prescott for touristing, dining...whatever.
Alex was very communicative as far as the check-in/out procedure.
House has everything you need and we got a lot of use out of the pool table.

Great property - Alex was very attentive with making sure our stay was comfortable. He met us at the property to walk through the house and let us know we could contact him if we needed him. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac with trees and mountain views. You feel like you are nestled back in the beautiful forest, but just a few miles away is the town square with shopping, dining, and bars. The best part of the house for us was the pool table. We just wanted a weekend getaway out of the valley heat to hang out and enjoy the weather! It was a wonderful time!

Alex and Karen were very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need to spend a few nice days.
The beds are comfortable and help you sleep well. Enough pillows for the beds. The bathrooms are nice with towels and toiletries.
The pool table and the hammock are fun. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace for tea in the evenings listening to the birds.
The living room is welcoming and comfortable.
We really loved our days there. The neighborhood is quiet and we were closed to many stores, restaurants, and hiking areas.
Definitely a great place to spend some time away from home.

We had a wonderful stay! Very relaxing and warm, inviting decor. Pool table was a lot of fun! The home was very clean, and Alex is a personable, helpful host who had great recommendations for restaurants, etc. Hope to stay again on our next trip to Prescott.

Beautiful, relaxing setting
We very much enjoyed our stay at The Inn at Copper Basin. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We had cocktails and most of our meals on the large deck outside. Friends stayed with us for a week and the facilities were more than adequate to accommodate everybody. We enjoyed using the pool table. The location is excellent. Downtown is a short drive to stores and the many offerings of Prescott. Hiking trails are only 10 minutes away.
The owners were very friendly and quick to assist with the few minor issues that came up. We regretted leaving and hope to return some day.

Fantastic Extended Stay!
I had a wonderful time at The Inn at Copper Basin! The owners, Alex and Karen, were fantastic! They were very responsive and welcoming. Check-in was quick and thorough. They also worked with me to accommodate an extended stay under unique circumstances. The house was clean and functional. Games, books, and activities were available to pass the time - along with the pool table and multiple TVs! Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. The back porch is wide and easily supported lots of time hanging out on the deck enjoying the breeze, sun, and calming surroundings. Just a short jaunt into town to any stores you might need. Downtown Prescott was a fun flashback to the days of old town centers with lots of interesting stores. Tons of trails also in the local area are a short drive away - like Watson Lake Park. If I return to the Prescott area, I would definitely look to stay here again!

Great place to stay!
The home is very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The pool table is a nice touch and we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the back patio. Alex & Karen are excellent hosts and we hope to stay here again!

Super clean and well equipped, perfect for two couples, but could accommodate a child or two as well... Evaporative cooling is a little bit of a problem in hot summer months, but owners are planning to install central A/C, so all in all a great place to escape to for a long weekend!

We had a great time - the home was perfect - very clean, comfortable and updated. Also dog friendly - completely fenced back yard and dog door - loved being able to have our dogs with us. Our boys loved the pool table and horseshoes. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great location to get to the square and to the trails. It has the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in. It was perfect for our family with dogs!

Great place for family of four seeking some R&R in Prescott
My wife, two boys and I had a great Spring Break staying just outside of downtown Prescott. The house was located a short 5 minute drive from downtown in a very quite neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for a few days of R&R. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect retreat in the pines!
This was our second time staying at the Copper Basin Inn, and we had a relaxing time. You cannot ask for a better rental in Prescott, AZ! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space for a second time. We will be back soon!

This was our 2nd stay at Copper Basin Inn, and I can honestly say that this rental has always been our BEST VRBO find! You know that saying .... "location, location, location "....well this is it! You are close to great restaurants, entertainment and of course, the infamous Whiskey Row & the always active Prescott Courthouse! We have already booked another visit! HUGE THANKS for our PERFECT Prescott vacay!

Great location and well kept home
We are lucky to have found this place. It had everything you could want. The location was perfect, with views of Thumb Butte and the San Francisco Peaks. Even our Welsh terrier loved to cool, fresh air, while sitting on the deck. If you are moving to Prescott, this is the place to rent. The owner, Colleen, is a realtor and can help you with every step of your transition. She's wonderful.

Amazingly appointed!
This house had everything under the sun, we made meals and had all the proper cookware and utensils. Large screens in almost every room. Pool table, horseshoes, tons of board games. Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I was able to stay here in July! The house was beautiful and packed with so many amenities! You would never know it was a rental - the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with and then some. The dishes, silverware and pots/pans were all high quality too. Several brand new TV's were located in all the right places. Loved having the pool table to use when some friends stopped by to hang out. We're no good at playing but it didn't seem to matter as it was a lot of fun. Also a fun horseshoe pit outside that's even lit so you can play in the evening when the nights are cool. Great deck - quiet and peaceful too. I can't wait to go back! Thanks to the owners for their quick responses to when we had a few questions.

My partner and I had an excellent time staying at The Inn at Copper in July. We broke out the horshoes as well as the pool sticks - and endless amount of entertainment without even leaving the home! There's a very close grocery store and is within a 7 minute drive to downtown.
The home is very comfortable and well decorated. The couch and beds were a dream to lounge on! There's also lots of amenities incase you forgot to pack small things like Q-tips and a hair dryer.
I recommend lighting up to he barbecue and dining on the gorgeous porch in the backyard where you're surrounded by trees and a lovely sunset.
