Esta muy bien ubicado frente a la estación de tren recorrimos todo caminando Además fueron muy amables y nos dejaron entrar antes

El cuarto día tuvimos un corte de agua y la administración nunca me atendió, recorrimos los pisos del edificio para preguntar si tenían agua y un. Vecino amablemente reviso las llaves de paso y descubrimos que la habían cetrado Sino fuera por eso me tendría que haber ido a otto lugar imposible estar sin agua.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado.

Está un poco dejado y sucio. Es como las fotos, pero dejado. ventanas sucísimas, persiana rota, faltan estores….. mucho detallito decorativo pero lleno de polvo… le falta una buena limpieza general e ir a arreglar desperfectos. Nos dijeron que había cafetera Dolce Gusto, compramos el café, y ahí no había Dolce Gusto. Siempre que vamos a Galicia destaca la pulcritud y este caso ha sido una excepción

Location to the train station was excellent

We had to collect the keys from another place about a km away. The front door key had some issues and it took us ages to get in. Other people in the complex were having the same issue so ringing through to the apartment to get let in

The noise from the street and tge front door key didn't seem to work

They let us leave our rucksacks for a walk round the city on the day of departure which was great.

Shower was a little dodgy and could do with a new or better quality head. We had to collect the keys from another location 500M away and didn't get told this until the day of arrival. Minor point but worth noting. Lovely kitchen and bedrooms though the lounge area was very small.

Clean, comfortable, central. Loved the layout of this efficient bright apartment!

We had to walk to another location a few blocks away to pick up the keys. Normally, no big deal but we were exhausted from hiking 30 miles that day:-)

We stayed overnight having completed the Camino Ingles. I did message ahead to the host confirming the availability of our bags being delivered by taxi service however this proved to be a nightmare. On our arrival in Santiago de Compostela, we were informed by the taxi our bags could not be delivered due to access difficulties and these were left at a storage facility. I contacted the host and they advised we could collect the keys from another location near to the accommodation. So, after a long day walking, we found the luggage store picked up our bags then proceeded to eventually find the premises to uplift the keys. We then spent half an hour trying to find the accommodation and correct floor of the apartment as this was not clear. We made several phone calls however the language barrier proved to be an issue. Not a good start especially in hot weather and a long day. Cleanliness - not good and clearly the floor had not been swept as there were long hairs on the floor. There were a few flies in the apartment and the windows were filthy. No cups, tea, coffee etc available or even a bottle of water in the fridge. No kitchen utensils could be found. The shower was tiny and the shower head kept falling down. Dropping the keys off on departure also proved problematic as there was no key box.
