Great location near the beach! Very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect for us to stay while we were visiting family in the area

Nice property and great location-pool and tennis courts just steps away-great park and beach a short walk. Owner was very responsive to any questions/needs.

We stayed at this Jupiter Bay condo for two weeks in March 2023. The location is very good. It's a five-minute walk to the beach and the unit has a view of Carlin Park. The unit itself is furnished in a basic manner, the kitchen needs updating and some of the appliances (microwave!) are pretty old. However, everything worked, the bathrooms are nicely updated, and the bed and couch are comfortable. Our stay was very nice!

Great location on Carlin Park.

We’re former Jupiter residents, so we knew Steve’s place was in a great area. For the price, you can’t beat the location. Super convenient to all of the great things Jupiter/Juno Beach has to offer. The appliances and bathroom are nice and updated. The couch was also super comfy with great recliners.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Updated bathrooms were nice - kitchen is dated and needs upgrading. Steve, the host, was very responsive and took care of an a/c issue immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Owner called exterminator but insect problem still remained.

The unit is in a great location. It is close to the beach, restaurants and Carlin park. The kitchen and full bath are adequate for a couple or solo traveler. The screened porch provides a nice outdoor space.

Perfect location for area we were seeking. Very reasonably priced. Owner communicated all relevant info extremely well.

This property is perfect for anyone who loves the ocean , parks, being able to ride your bike to dinner. Watch the sunrise over the ocean. Just perfect.

The location and the description of the property were perfect for us! The host was great with explaining the check in process and answering questions we had prior to arrival. The condo was clean and well maintained. The pool was very nice and relaxing, and the property quiet. We also enjoyed the walking trail in Carlin Park. The trail was literally right out the back door. We just walked out the screened porch in the morning and we were on it! We could also use the trail to get to the beach to watch the sunrise. It was the perfect getaway and we will definitely stay again!

We were in Jupiter for a wedding so we weren’t in the condo very much. However, it was very comfortable and clean. Steve was extremely responsive to my texts regarding a housekeeping issue which was resolved immediately.

The unit was very spacious. The location is perfect. It has grocery and restaurants close by. The park and beach are very close as well.

We would love to go back. Great location with all the facilities. Close to everything, we walked all the time. We particularly enjoyed the park with its 20 training stations. There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly.

The only downfall was losing the pool key ! Otherwise we had a great stay at Jupiter Bay!! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations… clean , comfortable and very well located . Thx so much :)

My husband and I stopped in Jupiter for a couple of days of scuba diving on our way to Key West for a wedding. The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It is close to where the boat is docked and close to our favorite restaurant. Very nice to be on the ground floor and have a screened in porch where we could put dive gear. It is obvious that the condo has been recently renovated, and nicely too. The kitchen is the only room that looks a little dated, but it was clean and the fridge and freezer worked (those were the only appliances we used). Steven emailed check in instructions a few days before check in and was prompt to reply when I sent him a message. All in all, this is a nice place and meet our needs for a couple of days in Jupiter.

Our intent of staying at this property was to take advantage of location. It is close to bars and restaurants, Publix, Dubois park, Carlin park all of which we were able to enjoy on our stay. 5 star!

Eight day stay, familiar with the area. Read reviews before and thought the few comments about smell were random. That was the first thing that we noticed. Two hours there I texted the owner asking about the odor and if it had been checked for mold or could the a/c drain be blocked. I finished with "everything else is fine." I got a reply 6 hours later "very insulted by your comment. We spent $30 K stripping the condo to its structure to ensure no mold and redid everything top to bottom......there is no mold, period." (I have saved the text as I could not believe it). Then he sent a copy of last a/c check, but nothing about mold. Decided to just limit any communication as his response was so hostile and we were there for a nice family time. This was disappointing as a review of the previous comments all complimented him on communication and accomodation. All the vertical shades either don't close mechanically or are broken or have some missing. There is a curtain in the bedroom over them which is good as this is a first floor condo in front of the elevators. Just go outside to make sure it closes well. as you look in. The kitchen only had half the verticals, which on the ground floor overlooking a large county park behind you, is not very secure. The two sliding doors had large pieces of wood in the tracks which had to be removed each time you went out. One door had no functioning lock and the other opened with difficulty. As these two and the front door where the only exits, this seemed to be a safety issue. And the TV in the bedroom had no picture, just sound. We decided to just live with that. As we were down for a family reunion, we did have a few guests stop by, including one who had owned a rental property in the south end of the state. All noticed the odor without us saying anything, also had comment that the air was heavy and the couch damp. I would not put up with this in my home or in a B&B or a hotel. The two stars are for the location which is fantastic, walking distance to the park and the beach. The condo was well cleaned and the bathroom renovations look good. It was well stocked down to beach chairs and umbrellas. The king sized bed was comfy, though linens had holes in them. The pool was also very nice. Having the washer and dryer right there was a convenience.

The unit was what we expected. It’s nothing fancy and needs a bit of work but it’s a good value for the location. But don’t expect anything fancy.
