The elevator it sucks and we waited for too long in order to used it since a lot of people in line because its only two elevator working that time and take note they have limits on how many people to used, we had our baby with us and its quite inconvenience for us

the bed is a bit itchy and the towels are not too clean

Location Clean

10 minute wait for elevators every time. Cleaners use guest elevator. 1 hour to check in 4 levels of people for everything. TV did not work. Very congested loby at all times. Would never go back. Owners don't like renters there.

Location is great. Close to all the bars and bus station. Room has a kitchen and you have everything in it if you want to cook. staff is helpful.

It’s basically a small apartment at a skyscraper. Even the the AC is not working you can hear the noise of main cooling system of the building. you have to pay cash.

It was great to stay here during my rest day, It's great to know you can use the kitchen utensils as I like to cook food in my comfort zone , the price is also affordable.

I wasn't inform ahead of time regarding the cleaning day of the swimming pool which I haven't enjoyed..stayed in the room for the whole day and the next day, however it's still okay as I enjoyed watching movies.

Hi, I never post negative reviews because I always choose decent places. Not this time. It is important to read and see the photographs. 1. Payment in cash only. I paid 25193 pesos for two weeks and I did not receive a receipt. 2. After two hours in the apartment the internet stopped working. I got another router that lasted another hour. 3. The TV is Netflix only but 90% of the time the account is occupied by other people, as you can see in the attached screenshot 4. After two days I asked to go out and get the balance 19000 pesos, but the delusional answer she sent me is attached for your reference 5. In conclusion, I suffered there for two whole weeks without television and without internet. 6. How to sue them because the payment was in cash and without a receipt. But I will definitely involve Booking 7. I am attaching a copy of the Netflix message and a copy of the person responsible

I was greeted at the reception and the host showed me to my room. She explained the utensils and appliances. I found the staff very helpful. and would not hesitate to Recommend KC Studio to anyone wishing to stay in Cebu. Its location, room and facilities are really good.

No complaints however, the AC is a little close to the bed. The swimming pool was also a little busy but my booking was at a busy time of the year.
