The Property was in an excellent location. It had a view of Windsor castle and only a 5-10 minute walk to Windsor. The property was spacious and very clean.

This property is only a short walking distance to the centre of Windsor and provides fabulous back drops of Windsor Castle and Eton.
Nothing to note only that there are a few steps to climb but it’s worth it to get the view.

The views of the castle are fantastic, very spacious, has got everything you might need and is in a great location wether for Windsor or to get into London.

It had plenty of space for a family of 5. It was located in a great area central to lots of shops and and attractions. It was in a quiet area and we felt safe. Full clean kitchen.
There was no soap in the bathrooms to wash our hands. Had to use the soap from the kitchen.

The flat was so well located, just 6 minutes on foot to the river Thames and a 15 minute walk to Windsor Castle. The main room was large and sunny, looking at the cute High Street in Eton. Main bedroom was really quiet and we slept very well. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. It was spotlessly clean and well kept. Near the local supermarket and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was situated right in the middle of Eton High St. the rooms were large, bright & airy & decorated to a good standard. a lovely place to stay

Comfortable, cosy and homely apartment, a real home from home for our family during our stay. Extremely comfortable beds. Convenient location close to station, supermarket across the street. Safe and peaceful.area.

Perfect location to explore all remarkable places in the area. Very close proximity to wonderful places to enjoy breakfast, drink and dinner. HIghly recommend it!

Vary spacious flat. Perfect for a family trip. Close to Windsor castle. Parking is convient. Tim is very helpful and prompt in answering all the questions.

The host sent a lot of detailed information about the apartment, how to access the secure parking and food/drink availability. The information was very helpful. The location of the apartment was ideal for visiting Windsor and Eton. The direct train link to London was great.

An excellent apartment with space and facilities to cook and relax, very comfortable and clean We chose this for our American friends to visit the castle and fly out early the following morning from Heathrow, 20 minutes away.

Closely located to many restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds with full kitchen and large living area.
Two flights of staircases to access our room but well worth it once you off loaded the luggage.

The location was perfect for Eton and Windsor. The town is so walkable and it is such a lovely, quaint area to explore. We did have a car with us and parking was on site and very convenient.

Tim Woods is the BEST!!! The location is just absolutely awesome!! Apartment was very very nice.
There was a couple of days where it was warm outside and the apartment doesn't have AC. Also there is no lift, carrying luggage up was difficult.

Great location! Supermarket very nearby and walking distance to the Castle, restaurants and pubs. Kitchen was cute and great open dining/living area for our family.

The host, Tim, was amazing! I had lots of questions etc before our arrival and he went out of his way to make sure that all our questions were promptly addressed. The apartment was exactly as described, with wonderful views. Tea/coffee etc thoughtfully provided, and the location was perfect for restaurants and exploring Eton and Windsor.
The parking space for the apartment was a little hard to find at first, and the parking space quite small.

The location was very central for both Eton and Windsor. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.
It would have been helpful to have a chopping board and more than one tray for the oven.
